How have you handled the communications around the Heartbleed vulnerability? Was anyone not affected on some of their systems?

Where I teach the tech staff posed articles on the student and employee news blogs. As an example: http://www.monroecc.edu/webdbs/studtrib.nsf/Include-StudentTrib/1AB50619EB265D3505257CBA0069FA86?OpenDocument . They reference a good Mashable artilce which has ongoing updates. The Yahoo tech news article at https://www.yahoo.com/tech/the-heartbleed-aftermath-drags-on-what-passwords-you-82296501283.html seems like a good summary of which systems were or were not affected.

After the President signs a bill, special interests continue to wield their influence over the process of developing rules and regulations to implement the law. The Sunlight Foundation's new Docket Wrench helps you at this stage of policy making by providing a suite of tools to help researchers and members of the public delve into regulatory comments. Docket Wrench’s visualization feature groups textually similar documents together to help find evidence of form letter campaigns and the organizations behind them. This could be interesting to watch and see:
1) how it stands up to authentication and
2) how Christians (self included) potentially deal with examining one's faith and historical beliefs.

Fascinating - enlightening, or creepy? Then again, it's good to inform more people about this stuff, so I think I support it.
