Sage Kitchen is hands down my favorite place to eat. I have a variety of food intolerances and Sage is the only place I can eat without worrying about getting sick afterwards. The staff and owners know me when I call for a take out order or come in to dine. The atmosphere is always welcoming and vibrant and the staff are always friendly. If I could give 10 stars I would happily do so, if you haven't tried Sage Kitchen, do so immediately! You won't be disappointed.

This is real vegan food. Not some flim flam place "thats green". This is the real deal. More expensive yes and you get what you pay for. They did something right here. i would eat here again. kindel or kendra or some name like that was my server. she was really great. i didnt experience the bad service like in the complaints. my only complaint is it was rather expensive and no free refills on tea. (not expensive like quiescence tho hahha) if it was cheaper id eat chakra4 every day or every other. I eat out every day once or twice.

I ate at Chakra 4 yesterday with my sister and niece. All I can say is this food is heaven on a plate. Yummy!!! We had the hummus for an appetizer, and for our entree, we chose the Mediterranean wrap. They give you a side of tasty quinoa on the side. You have to try this place, it's pretty awesome. Btw, my sister, who is an avid meat eater, said she didn't miss the meat from the meal. Now that's saying something.

Ask about their raw vegan salad, as the dressing is not raw vegan. They told me they use xanthan gum to thicken dressings. I looked it up, not raw or vegan and made me curious and cautious if any of the items they claimed were raw vegan actually were. Had the nori rolls, which were lowfat and plain, which I like; the salad with no dressing; the zucchini noodles were covered in oil even with the sauces on the side, which I dont like; the sundried tomato marinara was better than the alfredo sauce. Probably my least favorite restaurant in the area that has raw vegan options. The staff was very nice and very helpful and the decor inside was beautiful.

I'm not a big fan of health restaurants but this place certainly made me think twice about my dining options here in Phoenix. The atmosphere smells of freshly lit incense, the staff is very friendly and receptive, and the menu offers a wide range of tea's (Earl Grey being my favorite). The kale salad was phenomenal and kept me interested with the medley of flavors and textures used. If price is not a big deal, I highly recommend this place to anyone passing through.
