From one of the most "revered" texts of Hinduism:

A man is always famous for his aggression toward a beautiful woman, and such aggression is sometimes considered rape. Although rape is not legally allowed, it is a fact that a woman likes a man who is very expert at rape.

What does the 'purport' mean in reference to the website?

I think it means the supposed meaning with relation to other verses in the text.

Then it looks more like a twisted mind's interpretation of the verse rather than what the verse is saying. So it's technically not from a sacred text.

Yep, its mostly ISKCON's interpretation of the it. Yet its doesn't make "sacred texts" any less bigoted than they already are.
