What does it take to get to yes? Do you automatically just say yes every time, or do you prefer to think about it? Do you trust your food service staff when they seek an affirmative answer; believing that it must be important or they wouldn’t have asked?

Most restaurants fail within the first 3 years. Based on information from the National Restaurant Association more than 7 out of 10 eating and drinking establishments are single-unit operations and 93% of eating and drinking businesses have fewer than 50 employees.

Why am I telling you this?
Competition is fierce and trying to find competent employees is going to get tough. The restaurants that have established training, have food services best practices in place, and flexible scheduling for employees are going to be the establishments that will grow.
