My girlfriend and I had dinner at the level 2 bar of the hotel. Our bartender Nick was an amazing bartender/server. He was very knowledgeable about all the liquors and recommended great drinks. I would definitely eat there again.

I stayed at this hotel with a friend for her birthday before going to bed we asked for more blankets for our room next morning woke up and found a bed bug. Once we brought the evidence to the managers they were very rude and did not want to apologize for what happen in their hotel. They did not want to accommodate us for what happened besides tell us they will investigate the room. They also belittled us and made us feel like we were uneducated about what we found. Esmerlda Maldonao was very unprofessional manager staff and told me that we should of checked our blankets once it was given to us. By this being a nice hotel for 500 dollars a night I wouldnt think I have to check anything. She was very nonchalant about the entire situation. I will not be returning to the Hyatt. BE AWARE OF BED BUGS.

Despite some access due to construction, the hotel and it's rooms are great and very modern. Motion sensing lights under the nightstand, power outlets built into the front of the nightstands, clean and organized room. The bathroom sliding door is a a little weird, if somewhat modern in style. It is slightly annoying to take one elevator from ground to 2nd floor where the front desk is, and then taking a separate series of elevators to the rooms, but it's not horrible. Otherwise, the stay is great and within walking distance of many of the lakefront activities

I used spot hero on July 11th and it sent me to an address I could not find. When I asked the Hyatt concierge about it , he dismissed me and said that was somewhere else. I drove around the called spot hero, who explained that deal was for the hyatt. So I returned the valet outside got mad at me. He said we cancelled this because of construction. I told him I would be happy to cancel and go somewhere else. He ignored me and said what time are you gone? I said I'm sorry. And he said what time are you coming to get your car. I said 9am. He said fine and practically threw my ticket at me. Also my car was sitting in front running for at lease 30 min. This was at 1030pm and it was slow.Next morning here at 850. They say my car will be here in 20-25 minis almost 920, still waiting. I think the outside staff is rude. Also yes I didn't stay at hotel I'm sure it is beautiful, so I gave 3 stars. Yet with the experience I have had, I wouldn't want to.

Hotel staff are not very friendly. The rooms are well maintained and property has excellent gym. The décor in the hotel is modern and well put together. Excellent location in Magnificent Mile.

Very clean and professional. Modern and comfortable. Great complimentary coffee in the room. I forgot my hairbrush and they brought one to my room for free! Refrigerator and safe box in room. Good quality toiletries. Towels could have been nicer and that's the only negative thing I can say about this place. Excellent location!!

Free Wi-Fi. Great service. Beautiful room with sliding barn door to the bathroom. Awesome bar, with an amazing breakfast buffet. Get the cinnamon roll French toast with Nutella and whip.

A beautiful 4 star hotel. We were there over night for a conference and the food was incredibly good and beautifully presented. The conference rooms were nice and we were there for a narcolepsy conference. Those of us with narcolepsy have excessive daytime sleepiness and frequently need to nap and in a room near the conference room they even set up a nap room for us! The room we stayed in was beautiful. It was on the 16th floor. The view was awesome that far up, but you couldn't see very far because of all of the other tall buildings around it. Our view was to the west. Room had a sliding door for the bathroom (think barn door, but modern look), huge full length mirror, large TV, desk with outlets and USB ports at it. And the bedding..o-m-g the bedding... I don't know when I've ever slept on such luxurious bedding. Down pillows with a down comforter and the thread count must have been a gazillion. Im having trouble coming up with words the adequately describe how nice and wonderfully comfortable it was. And of note, they have a website where you can actually purchase their bedding!
