This months topic is probably the most controversial and  most easily misused and possibly abused of the nine longevity habits.  To be clear it's the event of getting together with friends at the end of the day for "happy hour"  and the antioxidants that come from the grape skins and seeds the provide the health benefit not the alcohol.  So if your going to drink, quality trumps quantity every time.  Check out this list to know which wines are the best choices.

Thank you to everyone who was able to attend last nights "Fundamental Foods" meeting.  Last night we  learned that our "Thoughts" lead to our "Feelings" and our "Feelings" lead to our "Actions".  

Indeed, numerous studies have shown that worry (feelings)  not only puts a strain on our mental health, but on our physical health, too.

Check out this article for a few self help times to control your feelings.  If you want great results you must control your feelings and take the appropriate actions.
