A community is the mental and spiritual condition of knowing that the place is shared, and that the people who share the place define and limit the possibilities of each other’s lives. It is the knowledge that people have of each other, their concern for each other, their trust in each other, the freedom with which they come and go among themselves.

“The Loss of the Future” in The Long-Legged House by Wendell Berry (1969)

Join us for a night of great music, great beer, and celebration of a great community.

The 4th Annual General Denver DRAFT is sponsored by the Great Lakes Brewing Company, and all food and beverage sales at the event will benefit Energize Clinton County's work to grow local economies.

Join us for beer, food and music at the Wilmington Mural Parking Lot (behind the General Denver Hotel).

The night will feature music from the amazing electric folk, rock, country, and general hillbillery of the Lewis Brothers (http://www.myspace.com/lewisbrothersband), along with the Steven Gregory Trio & Purkey Heys.

Great Lakes Brewing Co. will be hosting a very special beer tasting at 6:30pm. There will be limited seating, and tickets can be purchased at Energize Clinton County or the General Denver for $20. Call the General Denver at (937) 383-4141 to reserve your seat.
For more info e-mail info@energizecc.com or call (937) 728-0048.
