After 8 years of providing leadership development at the national level for the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging, we were invited to lead the first ever “Leadership Academy” for leaders of SNMMI’s Southwest Chapter during their annual conference in Austin, TX. Participants practiced cooperative problem-solving and facilitative leadership skills.
A plant leadership team from Masonite spent a day leveraging each other’s strengths through a series of team challenges. Their final event, Build-a-Bridge, brought forth intentions around how best to support their workforce as they strive towards excellence.
This group from CAMICO meets often to build their leadership skills. Often they talk about work issues or discuss how to increase their EQ. Meeting outdoors and looking at leadership skills in an experiential format helped to connect those from different departments and remind the group of the importance of fun and laughter.
This Atheer Labs team was truly invested in their day of team development! Their goals to build connections and rapport among co-workers, increase trust and practice communication skills were ideal for their ropes course session with us.
