#GRI is seeking one new member for its Board of Directors and eleven new members for its Stakeholder Council ‒ two of GRI’s governance bodies that oversee its reporting guidance and activities. GRI’s governance bodies play a lead role in GRI’s strategy setting and direction. The open call for nominations for the Board and Stakeholder Council runs until 10 June 2014.

Expert Working Groups are now working on two new topic areas as updates for the G4 Guidelines. These two Working Groups – on Anti-Corruption and Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions – are developing proposals for GRI’s Technical Advisory Committee to review before they are published during a focused 90-day Public Comment Period starting in August.
