Ashford Art Market Brings in Visitors to Ashford

Last Saturday’s Ashford Art Market is going from strength to strength. As well as regular visitors it is also drawing in visitors from outside Ashford. Visitors even came from as far away as London. “I am very pleased with the response to the art market and the enthusiasm for the market from local artists” said Liz Garnett who organised the art market. As well as viewing art visitors were able to chat to artists and see artists at work.

There was the work of 10 artists on display on Saturday: Jessica and Phillipa Goddard, Deborah Crofts, Liz Garnett, John Harvey, Theresa Janday, Diana Harrison, Roy Trollope, Linda Smith and Mike Routley.

The next art markets will be on 30 June and 25 August.
