I know the nasty reality that some companies shy away from hiring persons with #disabilities for fear of having to make certain accommodations...and the potential for lawsuit if they don't! Yet if you are serious about employees willing to step outside his or her comfort zone or face new #challenges, consider someone whose first challenge is tying their shoes in the morning...or finding them. Some plus column items here for hiring persons with disabilities.
