Parking was a little confusing, We cam in to what we thought was self-parking and turned out been valet. Once we got directed to the correct area we made our way thru the courtyard til we found the big heavy doors to the restaurant and followed a sign that indicates to go to the hostess for seating. We got a table right away, we chose the outside patio. The menu is very long and with a whole lot of options to choose. We picked the eggs Benedict and an Asian chicken salad that was the lunch size not the dinner size and to our surprise it was very large! The eggs Benedict where delicious and very filling, I almost was not able to finish them as far as the salad, we had to box it and take it home with us because it was such a large portion. Our server was highly polite and treated us very respectfully and proper. Fast to bring us our drinks and waters as well as our meals and checking with us very often to see if we needed anything. We where able to get our parking ticket validated however they still charged us a small fee even tho we where not there very long at all, I would say 30 to 45 minutes at the most so was a bit confused on to what was validated but either way we very much enjoyed our time and our meals with a great quality of service

Came here to celebrate with my husband on a weeknight. It wasn't a long wait, which was nice. However, it was really dark inside, darker than necessary, in my opinion. Our service was ok. We were sat at a table that hadn't been set properly, but that was an easy fix. I ordered a pasta seafood dish, and I wasn't impressed. My shrimp had a lot of shell still on, and hadn't been cleaned properly. The flavors were pretty bland. My husband, on the other hand, enjoyed his dish- a kind of jambalaya, I believe. The parking is a little inconvenient, and you'll pay for it since it's in Seaport Village. Overall, it was an ok experience, but if I go back it will probably be to the Fashion Valley location.

Decided to check out this new location this past week. I was pleasantly surprised by what I found. I have never been a huge fan of the fashion valley location. It is just awkward and too busy. We came here for lunch on a busy Saturday. Being next to sea port village we had a couple of options for parking. There was no free street parking left so we opted for valet. It is a little steep at $15.00 however if you plan to make a day of it down there it would be worth it. Stepping into the restaurant I was absolutely in love with the details, color scheme and overall sleek look. It was a beautiful day but we were seated inside. To eat I ordered a cheese burger and fries. My boyfriend had the club sandwich and fries with a Green flash ipa. My first fries were a little cold so our server brought me new hot, fresh fries. My favorite! The burger had such great flavor and was moist and cooked to perfection. My boyfriend said his club sandwich was delicious too. Our server was super nice and accommodating. I would come back here in a heartbeat over fashion valley at least for lunch. The dinner madness may be more than I would brave.

We came here after #SDCC ended, talk about flood of traffic. We parked in the Seaport Villege lot a few night prior for dinner, they charge $8 and hour. To valet park it's $15 for 3 hours. So valet park if you can! There's two doors you can walk through, the front or side door. We came though the side door because it was closet from the parking lot. We made our way to the front desk, requesting a table of 8. We had called earlier and they told use it would be 40 minutes but they don't take reservations over the phone at that time. When we got in, the hostess said at least an hr but a manager will confirm. We got our table in about 20 minutes. They were able to accommodate larger parties quicker that day and parties of 2 was an hour wait. We had a great waitress who was very funny! We had some friends of a friend join us and as introductions went around, she jumped in and introduced herself. Everyone got their drinks and food order in. I had the chicken lettuce tacos, which I thought wouldn't fill me up and got an order of loaded tater tots. I was so stuff with the tacos which was filled with all kinds of goodies. This is a fun place to eat with friends, the menu is extensive and I am glad they have small plate orders. We were so stuffed I ordered our cheesecake to go and actually ate it the next night. They really handled themselves well with the crowd from #SDCC.

Great location. Great atmosphere. Service was OK. Prices are slightly above average. Taste was average. If you're around that area and looking to have a good lunch/dinner, I definitely recommend this place.

While I am not a huge fan of chain restaurants, the Cheesecake Factory works when I'm with a large group or need to grab a quick lunch. The brand new restaurant they've opened in the Headquarters is a nice place to grab a quick bite during my lunch. The staff has always been very helpful, even with dietary restrictions. I always enjoy their food, and haven't had a bad experience at this particular location. They are always accommodating when I'm on a tight time frame or need to make a special request. I continue to go back here. I also love that its in The Headquarters which is a beautiful restored facility to just walk around.

As a BBT fan from overseas, I had to go to the famous Cheesecake factory and boy, they didn´t let me down. Fantastic burgers, great pasta, yummy fish taco and the cheesecakes are all pure awesomeness. The staff was really nice, fast and friendly and the price is fine as well. Really recommend it.

did not like it at all! I just flew into San Diego & wanted good familiar food. Any other city I've visited that had a Cheesecake Factory puts this one to shame. The food was as expected but the silverware was gross!!! They should replace it. Plastic silverware would have been much better. Not only was there food & lipstick on the spoons but they just had there time. It's gross enough to know the silverware we use in restaurants have been used by many other strangers but I don't want to feel that way when I look at it.
