It's brewery with a tap-room. The beer is clean and within guidelines, and there's ample parking. Did not get to try the vittles-truck, but it's on the list for next time. Love the idea of a different food truck every weekend.

Great local business with consistently high quality beers as well as consistently interesting versions of their various stock ales, IPAs, and stouts. I love the 3lb IPA most, and if I don't need to walk anywhere, the Libation (Double IPA) is deliciously dangerous. In the winter (or if I'm just feeling more dark) the Hegemony and Black Current stouts are quite palatable. My wife really likes both the Pale Ale and Wheat Beer offerings, as do I for a more refreshing hot day thirst quencher. I am usually there for a growler fill, which will last only 2-3 days max once you open it, so if you're the only one drinking, you could, as I have done, re-bottle into smaller flip-top bottles to keep the fizz lasting longer. The stouts tend to last a little longer. The bar and seating area is a converted dairy processing building that they have put a lot of effort and care into sprucing up. It looks good, but is a a little loud (concrete) and a bit dark. But on nice days that doesn't matter too much since you can sit outside and also partake of various local food trucks that park on the premises. Of course, if it is nice, you'll have a lot of other beer drinkers there to keep you company, as this place has grown quite a bit in the past 2 years.

St. Boniface has the best pale ale I've ever tasted, hands down. All of their beers are excellent but the pale ale especially. Quick, friendly service. I always enjoy my time there. Only wish it were closer.

Amazing selection of hand crafted beer. Some of the most flavorful and hoppiest IPA's ever to wet my palette. Cool atmosphere, great service, and real passion behind this business.

Fantastic! I loved my visit. I went right for the $8 flight, and was glad I did. Each of their beers has a very distinct character, and I eventually found 2 that I liked. The bartender was friendly, informative, and prompt – I was served before I even sat down! I plan on coming back this Saturday, getting a growler and introducing some friends to my new favorite local brewery.

The new location is great and accessible. Having food trucks there is great--when you drink, you want to munch!--although I wonder how that will work in the winter. Overall, delicious beer, great prices, and friendly bartenders. I love bringing out-of-town friends here.

Go to St. Bonifice! You can sample their beers before buying. Great beers. My only complaint- the place is behind Duke St. - A bit tough to navigate for someone who is unfamiliar with Ephrata.
