Reflecting on an article I wrote two years back for Ayiba Magazine. How do you relate with the content two years later?

Hello Team Microsoft!

I am Harrison, from Zimbabwe.

A couple of months ago, I had a personal fight with Microsoft Windows. I lost a version of some of the work I had been saving on OneDrive due to some server updating... I can't really explain what happened but something crazy happened. (By the way Im not a tech expert). I sent an email to Microsoft and they kindly replied, with a long email and some tips on how to recover my work. Unfortunately I didn't bother going through all the steps and just decided to start my work all over again. But to be honest, though I was disappointed, I was encouraged by their desire to help.

Recently, when +Microsoft Corporation advised us to update to Windows 10 for free I did so and honestly, I am enjoying the beautiful interface! Windows 10 appears to be the most ergonomic OS I have encountered. But the story doesn't end there, it is just starting. I noticed an improvement in OneDrive that addressed exactly the problem I encountered three months ago. When the App (OneDrive) fails to reconcile two versions of work, one on your machine and another on the server, the App saves both versions and clearly indicates that it has saved one of the versions (your version) with your name at the end.

Thanks +Microsoft Corporation for your people centered approach!

Ciao!
