Proud to launch, in partnership with Cowichan Tribes, a new website commemorating Ye'yumnuts, a remarkable 2000+ year old ancestral site in the Cowichan Valley. The website was designed for kids in Cowichan Valley SD79 and others to learn how this important place can teach us about Cowichan history, culture, values and landscapes.

Really excited to share the new Indigenous Mapping Icons for use in Google Earth, and other web-based geo tools! With designs inspired by indigenous cultures of western North American and the Amazon, there are icons for a huge range of site types and uses. Available in six different colour schemes, there are over 900 icons in total! Please feel free to incorporate these beautiful icons into your next indigenous mapping project.
