I have said for several years now that the principles of kettlebell practice have improved my Trophy Bass Fishing. As my practices evolves, simultaneously so does my fishing skill. Here is the latest evidence that there possibly, could be some truth in that statement.

Using Breathe! I decreased my workout time from 21 minutes to 15 in a 10 day period using Breathe! only 4 times for (5 minutes a session).
Quick, simple and who doesn't want to improve 25% in 10 days ?

You reach the summit, then what ?  You can walk down off the mountain or stay hanging from the ledge until you fall off.
Once upon a time I did not deload. I thought it was soft and I should charge ahead….until my motor exploded. I was wrong…….so very wrong….but that is why you expose yourself to people who know, you always study and you learn the things you can only learn by doing the work yourself.

Rings – added them to edge just a tad in the gymnastics direction given with 3 screws in my ankle I will not be doing tumbling ;) I enjoy the process of studying, learning and then practicing the basics…there is potential for injury to the delicate shoulder if the technique is not beyond solid.
