It's okay but I wish the pool was open longer and open on the right days. :-(

I have recently moved here, and I understand the previous management company wasn't that great. They are under new management. I am very pleased with the treatment I have received, and the condition of the property.

The management has changed 3 times in the 1.5 years I've been here. There isn't any real reason why the management changes, why the price jumps $50-$70 each time you have to renew, and when you have to move out you better hope that someone from the old management is still around or at least spoke to someone in the new management because otherwise you'll get screwed. You won't get your deposit back regardless of how or when you leave the apartment because they need to "do something more." DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!

Not sure what apartment complex Mrs. Neiheisel was staying in but those who are looking to move into the Madison Trails Apartments may want to get information from other residents before renting. My experience here wasn't great however it's one of the better looking apartment complexes in the area. Also the rent just went up by $70.00. I don't understand the new company's (Lynd Company) reasoning for the sudden and steep increase, especially for this particular area of Oklahoma.
