I have been going to Women's Fitness Boot Camp under Joe since I moved to Colorado Springs. I absolutely love it and it has helped me tremendously! I was out of shape, had no endurance, and was feeling very bad about myself and my body. I called Joe and explained to him my situation and my goals, he said he could help and boy was he right! My first day at boot camp was rough. I remember struggling through some exercises and hearing Joe tell us to keep going, were almost done with the warm-up. The warm-up! I thought we were already knee deep in the workout! It was challenging, but I made it! Now my endurance has greatly improved and I can make it through the warm-up without hesitation. However, Joe still mixes up the exercises so much that it keeps your body guessing... which is just what you need! I don't get bored with the workout, my clothes fit better, I feel good about myself, and it is a great stress release! If you want results, go to Joe!

Joe is great! He is truly supportive and encouraging! He spends time with each woman in the class reviewing form and making adjustments in order to maximize the results and avoid injury. Classes are upbeat and fun! The camaraderie with the other women is wonderful! I walk away from each class knowing that I have had a real workout and knowing as well that a beautiful transformation is underway. Love it!

I just moved here 3 months ago and started with Joe and his Bootcamp. Joe & Eric have created fantastic workouts that you hate to do, but love to have completed them. I've seen things tighten up and slim down (I've lost 8 pounds already) I feel much stronger and have more energy. I love the encouragement and support that not only Joe & Eric bring, but that all the women share together. It's a great environment and I'd recommend it to women of all levels of fitness!

I decided to start in-home personal training as I was beginning to recover from a long illness that caused me to gain a lot of weight. Joe has been my personal trainer for the past 3 1/2 months, during which time I've lost close to 30 lbs. I am thrilled with my progress, and am so impressed with how professional and personable Joe is. I can't imagine getting such good results with any other trainer. Every session is different and he pushes me enough to get results but not so much that it's discouraging. He gives great nutrition advice as well. I still have a lot of weight to lose - I want to lose 100 lbs in total - but I know Joe will continue to support and encourage me in my journey.

I have been going to Joe Ramirez for 5 1/2 years now, he has helped me get my body back after babies #2, #3 and #4. I have worked out with several other trainers but I have never gotten the results or the felt like I was taken care of like I am with Joe. He really gets to know his clients and makes you feel important. The workouts are different every time so your body is always guessing. There are a lot of fun ladies in the classes too and it's so motivating when everyone is there for the same reason! There are no judgements, only women helping each other get through the workouts. Joe is the ONLY trainer I trust 100% to help me reach my goals, he is truly AMAZING!!!!! Thank you Joe for all you have done and continue to do! :)

I have been working out with Joe for nine months. I have noticed visible changes in both my overall health and the way my body looks. I am more confident with myself and am able to do things that I could not have even attempted when I started. Joe makes every effort to vary the workouts and keep the body doing something new and different. He is willing to adjust the exercises to match the goals I have, and really listens to what his client is asking for. He guides me with nutrition advice and is genuinely interested in how my body reacts to each session. He is always available for advice and followup. The icing on the cake--Joe is just a great guy. He is very personable and friendly. He is great to talk with and has even taken extra time to come over and help me create healthy food options. I strongly recommend working with Joe to achieve your fitness and lifestyle goals.
