I visited this location on 8/6/15 for my cousins's 40th birthday dinner. The service was horrible. Dawn, made arrangements for a party of 15, they gave us seating for 12 and then moved us once they realized the mistake (original reservation was for 12, Dawn called the next day to increase it to 15. No one passed the message on). Once re-seated, they took our drink orders. After 30 mins they came back to take our orders, we informed them that we were doing separate checks. 30 mins later Dawn's appetizer arrived. We asked for our soups and salads plus bread. The waiter stated they normally bring out the bread after the apps and then stated we are putting your orders in now. We then waited another 20 mins for the soups, salads and bread. 20 mins later our food arrived (2 hours after being there and 30 mins after a party of six was served who arrived 1 hour after us. During the wait for our food, one of the guest asked for a booster seat 5 times before they finally brought it (we had 2 servers). After our food arrive my uncle realized his steak was not cooked per his order. The manager quickly replaced it. He then asked 4 times for ketchup. It took them 15 mins to get ketchup. During our dining experience the manager came by 3-4 times (twice after our seats were changed and twice to address my uncle's meal) we did not make a complaint at that time because it was Dawn's 40th and we wanted her to enjoy herself. After we finished eating and asked for our checks, we waited another 40 minutes. They stated they were splitting the bills and that it took time (although we were told this was done in the beginning, which subsequently caused delays). During this time I asked to speak with the manager, Cheryl, twice. She sent over the asst. manager, not who I asked for. We all paid our tab and left, we did not tip. I called and spoke to the manger, Cheryl, to voice my concerns, who apologized and offered up excuse after excuse. We will not be back. Thumbs down.

We like Carrabba's a lot. Although it is a chain the quality of the food seems more like a local store. Our biggest problem is we like everything from apps to desert and never seem to have enough room to get a taste of everything we like. They have a quality base menu and rotate seasonal specials and few months which keeps it interesting. Our favorite include the calamari, sangria red, The Johnny, and John Cole for dessert.

Have been to this place in the past and food and service was good $11.50 for appetizer that was cold & sparse. Had to ask waitress to bring cheese for salads, crushed peppers for pasta, and refills on drinks. Most wait staff would bring these items on their own w/o having to be asked. Portions of food were not only small but also overpriced. Won't be returning ever again!

Best Lasagna I've ever had! The service is great and the environment is rather peaceful.
