Hal Berger cares and is committed to providing exceptional personal attention to all of his clients with attention to detail and that personal one on one experience that is so important in legal matters. He has worked with hundreds of businesses and Estate Plans and conducted thousands of real estate closings over the years. 
 
He focuses his practice in residential and commercial real estate transactions representing buyers, sellers and lenders. He also represents buyers and sellers of businesses in their business transactions and entity formation as well as representing individuals in drafting estate planning documents including powers of attorney, living wills, wills and trusts using techniques to avoid or minimize probate, reduce taxes, address privacy concerns and designate agents for medical and asset decisions. 
 
He is a member of the NC Bar Association, Mecklenburg County Bar Association and Mecklenburg County Real Property Council. Attorney Berger is married to Gayle and they have one daughter, Sydney.

Michael E. Navarro (Attorney At Law)
Michael E. Navarro is the senior partner at the Law Office of Michael E. Navarro, PLLC. A native of New York city, Michael graduated with a Bachelors Degree in English from St. John's University in 2000. While attending St. John's University, Michael also minored in Theology and Rhetoric and Public Address. Upon completing his studies at St. John's University, Michael matriculated to the North Carolina Central School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate degree in 2003. During his time at North Carolina Central School of Law, Michael served as President of the 3L class, Vice President of the 2L Class was a member of the Black Law School Association and the Sports and Entertainment Society. 
 
Upon passing the State Bar in 2003, Michael practiced criminal law, briefly as an Assistant Public Defender for Durham County and later as an associate with Harris and Associates, also located in Durham, North Carolina. In December, 2005, Michael became one of the founding partners of the law firm of Cloud, Navarro and Williams, PLLC. The firm concentrated primarily on the areas of criminal and family law and afforded clients service in a number of surrounding counties. During his time with the firm Michael was also certified as contract advisor for the National Football League Players Association. 
 
In June, 2009, Michael formed the Law Office of Michael E. Navarro, PLLC where he has continued to service the communities in Mecklenburg County and several neighboring counties. As a practicing attorney, Michael has had the opportunity to practice law in close to forty counties in the State of North Carolina. J. Eric Kindberg (Attorney at Law)
Eric's experience in the U.S. Army, as a business owner, as a parent, and as an attorney with practices in both South Carolina and North Carolina over the years, has given him useful insights into many of the problems and solutions most of us face. His general practice invites all legal issues, with most handled in his office and some referred to specialists. 
 
Eric practices in the areas of Real Estate, Trusts and Estates, Estate Administration, and Business Foreclosures.
