Bouncer aside, from the outside it looks like you're entering a basement, not an awesome restaurant. Came here on a Friday night around 9pm with a bunch of friends. Though it was busy, we were seated immediately. The food was delicious (Kobe beef sliders were incredible!) and the bar selection was satisfactory. It was loud but in our booth we were able to speak with each other easily. Cool lounge vibe and good live music. Definitely worth knowing about as a local.

Great place for lunch during the work week. It's a bit hidden and you better get there earlier on Fridays. Everything I have had so far has been excellent.

Prohibition-style decor/atmosphere, classic drinks and a live band (Motown/Blues) almost every night of the week: sit back, relax and enjoy the tunes. Go for the comfort food and Sinatra Sundays (brunch), an all-day tribute. Highlights: Kobe Beef Sliders, Lucky's Strike (Jack Daniels, Amaretto, Cola and Sour Mix), Moscow Mule (served in a Copper mug), Calamari.

I took a trip to Lucky's this weekend for brunch, and I enjoyed it thoroughly. The ambiance is retro, hip, and American, and I thought it worked well. The live jazz band played Sinatra and other standards and did a great job. The crowd was varied and included a substantial number of real people in addition to the hipsters and visiting Cambridge yuppies like me. As for the food, my crab cake benedict was excellent, and they didn't short me on the crab. My mimosas were similarly delicious, and I loved the coffee cake (with butter) provided gratis for the table. In summary, I found Lucky's to have great food, great ambiance, and overall, a great brunch.

Looks like a bit of a dive when you walk in - and thats sort of because it is one. But, unlike like other trashy dive bars this has a cool vibe, fun food, I've been there a bunch of times and it never disappoints! Great for a group of friends to hang out as it never gets to packed or busy - but is never empty, which is right up my alley!!!

High end comfort food with great cocktails and good-looking girls. The decor tries to recapture the excellent era of Sinatra. Service is great, friendly, and laid-back.
