According to National Geographic, the coast of Norway may be the most complex land edge on the planet. If you put Norway’s 63,000 miles of fjords, bays, and island shores into a single line, it would circle the planet two and a half times! To really experience the amazing Norwegian coast, you should definitely choose a cruise. Try our new trip - Highlights of the Norwegian Coast. Cruise all the way from Kirkenes to Bergen and experience the rugged Arctic wilderness of Northern Norway and the magnificent fjords of the West Coast. From Bergen continue by coach to Stavanger for another highlight: the Lysefjord and Pulpit Rock!

At 35km in length, cutting deep into the lush alpine Sunnmøre Alps, the Hjørundfjord is one of the longest fjords in Norway. Even though the highly popular and visited mountains here are regarded as a national treasure, the fjord is something of a secret, left out of all other tourist routes. Not many cruise ships sail into the majestic Hjørundfjord, but Hurtigruten sails here every year from September 1st to October 30th.

You can also experience this amazing fjord on the following trip: https://www.fjordtravel.no/tour-cruise-norway/unesco-naeroyfjord-and-hjorundfjord/

The Trollfjord is a 2 km long sidearm of the Raftsund between Lofoten Islands and Vesteralen archipelago. The narrow mouth of the Trollfjord is only 100 meters wide, and widens to a maximum width of 800 meters. The steep mountains surrounding the fjord are between 600 and 1100 metres high.
During the summer months the Hurtigruten ships make a detour (depending on the weather situation) into the fjord! This is truly an unforgettable experience!! The entrance is so narrow it looks like it is not possible for such a large ship to enter, and it looks even more impossible to turn the large ship at the end of the fjord. Experience this spectacular Arctic fjord on the following trip:
