We just visited this location for the first time because our two phones broke a few days ago. The reason I'm writing this review is because of how horrible this store is. When you walk in, some dude walks up to you, asks you what your name is, and then tells you someone will be with you. 30 minutes later, you're looking around trying to figure out who the sales people are because they're dressed just like everyone else. While we waited, we noticed a security guard hidden behind a wall... I know... weird. About as weird as this store that doesn't have a customer bathroom. Long story short, we waited all that time to have a lady tell us that she couldn't help us. Contract isn't up and the only option was to reactivate old phones. What a horrible business. She didn't even offer to sell us a new phone hah. I really hope that Verizon doesn't adopt this prison-type layout with snobby employees walking around not helping customers. I'll be looking for another provider if I ever have to go back there again.

Bresnan went down hill as soon as they turned into Optimum. Their customer service is horrible. I called up awhile back and wanted to upgrade. The person on the phone played games and gave me the wrong prices. When I called back to upgrade, they gave me different info. This week the company proved to me that they are still going down hill... A tech came out and setup Internet and cable at our new place. He left with the Internet speed around 4-5 mbs. He blamed the wind storm. 2 days later I called to ask why the Internet was still slow and they gave me the run around. They put in a ticket and couldn't even tell me when it might be fixed. I called back 2 days after that call and now they have to send someone out. Why couldn't someone have called me this morning? I'm sure they were planning on calling on Friday or maybe even Monday - whenever they get around to it. Overall, horrible company. Missoula's only choice for cable Internet and they over-subscribe because customers have no other choice.
