Rhine McClin, the former mayor of Dayton has a long history of active community involvement, which attests to her commitment to public service. She became the first female Mayor of Dayton when she was elected to the City Commission for a term beginning 7 January 2002.
she has served in the house of representatives and was the first African American woman to serve in the Ohio state senate. She has had a great impact on our community and for that we salute you.
