Older hotel that desperately needs updating. Convenient to the airport, only about 5 minutes away but not one of my favorite spots. Also, if you order delivery the delivery person is not allowed to deliver the food to your room... which is... well... the purpose for ordering delivery.

Nice hotel. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had meetings there for three days and they did a good of making sure we had everything we needed.

A recently renovated hotel with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. My room was clean and comfortable but still had that old hotel smell. It's a hard smell to describe but you know it if you have ever smelled it. Not a bad place but I will probably try another location the next time I'm in the area.

I have stayed probably close to 60 nights at this hotel over the last 4 years so you know I love it. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean, comfortable and well maintained. It is close to a wide variety of restaurants and there is plenty of shopping nearby. The only reason I knock a star off is because the hotel is getting a little old. Don't let that keep you from staying here though... as I said it still well maintained.

Small airport with only 6 gates but it's a new facility and is quite nice. I got stuck here for 15 hours one day because of bad weather in my destination city. Friendly staff at the little lunch counter made a difficult situation bearable by being friendly and putting up with a number of grumpy stranded passengers all day. I won't hesitate to fly into here again when I need to return to the area.

A true 5 star experience! I arrived here after a very long day and was quite literally exhausted. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I am a Diamond level Hilton Honors member so I stayed on the Honors floor and my room was extremely clean and comfortable. Ordered room service for dinner and it was delivered very quickly and was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Reading area.
