Our Forgings are supplied with a complete Quality Assurance System and advanced Testing methods including Chemical Testing and Heat Treatment equipment such as high & low frequency Fatigue Testing, Stress Rupture, Creep Testing, Tensile Testing, Immersion Ultrasonic, Spectrum Analyzer, Gas Analyzer, Metallographic Microscope and Micro & Brinell Hardness.

Equipment capabilities include Open and Close Die Manufacturing, Hydraulic and Screw Press, Counter-Blow Hammer and Medium / High Frequency Vacuum Melting Furnaces and precise Casting equipment.

We can also provide Super Alloy and Titanium Rings ranging from 0.35 to 2.5 Meters OD.
