Long-standing chain dishing up Texas-style smoked meats & sides in a relaxed counter-serve setting.- Google
"Then you must get the grilled wings with original seasoning..Really good food!"

Love it here. We've been coming here for quite a while. The ordering process is easy, as you order when you walk in and give the receipt to your waiter. The waiters are excellent here. You will never have a waiter that you won't like. My favorite is Keishla. The managers here must be really good because food is great and the service is great. P.S. A tip: Get the Chips and Queso. It's the next thing on the planet.

Pappas Burger is not your ordinary restaurant. The atmosphere is unlike any other restaurant in Houston. The energy that everyone has flows throughout the room and makes the experience so much better. It is always busy and everyone is extremely friendly. The food is delicious, and there are so many options to choose from. From burgers to Oriental chicken salad, there is easily something for everyone on the menu. The staff are young and energetic and you are sure to get the service you need. My family and I have been going for years and have yet to have a bad experience here. This restaurant does not disappoint!

Not a bad burger. But, not a particularly excellent burger either. I like this place and plan on going back, but I feel that the price out-weighs the quality. The texture of the meat may be a bit too tender, but that is only my opinion. I can't rate this 5 star because today there are so many other amazing and unique burger places out there in Houston. Check out Stantons.

Been eating here since they opened. I average about once a week now. Good food and service 100% of the time. Still the best!

For the Pappas name, you kind of expect to pay a little extra at any of their establishments. True with Pappas Burgers. The burgers were Ok, but not the greatest. The fries are not home-made. They charge pretty much double for any other burger place around town. I really wasn't impressed and will not return.

I've been there a handful of times and am not really impressed. With all of the other great restaurants Houston has to offer when it comes to burgers, sandwiches and finger foods I think you can do better.

Two things annoy me about Pappas Burger. You walk up to the counter to order, sit down and then waitstaff brings the burger to you. It isn't a true dining experience with waitstaff (unless you are one of those persons who consider Sonic full service). So. What if anything do you tip? Next why do they have to compress the burgers so that they are more like eating a hockey puck? There are some good things about Pappas. But for me, once was enough.

Wow, this place doesn't know how to cook fries! Really! We got a plate of greasy under cooked fries with our burgers. When the manager was asked to fix it we got a new order of the same. Cool greasy wet damp fries! The poor little lady who said she was the manager didn't know how to fix it. Sad, better put back on the training wheels before someone gets sick! The burger was good! But at $14 a burger there are better places to go.
