Like many others have stated, after reading "Displaced Livelihoods" it really hits home and makes me grateful for the life I am blessed enough to live. Having a war inside your own boundaries is something unimaginable. We really do have such a great opportunity by living in such a wonderful country where we don't have to worry about nightmares like this. Hearing a story like this is so refreshing to me personally because it gives me perspective. Whenever I feel like times are challenging I refer back to something like this. It makes me realize that maybe I don't have it so bad after all. Admittedly, I do sometimes take for granted the life I do have. Sometimes, stories like these are exactly what I need to see in order to humble me and bring me back down to earth.

I did a little revision in this latest edition. Thanks for the feedback on the first.
