Here's a picture of my long distance client Ronna, who I highlighted a couple of weeks ago. This shows progress from her dedication.
I feel this is important to show. Many times we see before/after pics of enormous changes & massive weight loss. But there was a lot of hard work and dedication in between what you see. It doesn't happen overnight.
Ronna has been eating better and exercising consistently for almost a year. She's made great changes in her life. She has more energy, feels well now, has more confidence - which plays out in other areas, and has lowered her risk of disease. Plus she's changed the way her entire family views food. This is HUGE!
She still has a bit of work ahead BUT instead of watching scales & obsessing about her weight, her focus is a lifestyle of health. She found that eating well feels better & exercise can be fun!
That's why she will succeed and why she already has succeeded! Proud of you, girl!
