STAY AWAY. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS....CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. VERY RUDE, PUT YOU ON HOLD AS SOON AS YOU CALL. DELIVERY = LATE LATE LATE. SAID THEY COULD NOT FIND MY BUILDING DESPITE IT BEING THE LARGEST BUILDING ON THE BLOCK. INCOMPETENCE REIGNS...AND ALL THIS FOR BELOW-AVERAGE PIZZA WITH BLAND SAUCE, LESS-THAN-FRESH TOPPINGS, AND MEDIOCRE CRUST.

I love the eggplant Parmesan and linguine with garlic and olive oil. The pizza is average by New York standards

Slice wheat pizza with piparroni the best. Lots of space.

Kind if chaotic system where all pizza gets ordered through one guy leads to a bit of a wait, but they have a great selection if delicious pizzas and full Italian dishes. Plenty of seating. Probably the best pizza in the neighborhood.

I don't know how long some slices sit there. The also have a minimum credit card limit, which is discouraging when you want to only eat a slice or two. They have ample seating, though.

I found Luigi's to be pretty run of the mill. Pizzas are large and piping hot (far too hot, I seared both the roof of my mouth and my taste buds for days) and come with an assortment of toppings, but aren't particularly fresh or tasty. Salads are large but otherwise unremarkable. Service is gruff and indeed under quite a bit of stress; the domineering Luigi himself towers over them barking orders. The space is decently large with plenty of seating. Not a bad option for a quick bite in the neighborhood but far from NYC's finest.
