The touchscreen on me iPhone 5c glitched and it was to the point I could not even slide to unlock. I went in and explained my problem, and was redirected to 4 different people before someone even looked at it, I was then told there were no technicians available and to come back tomorrow. The following day, I came back and approached someone and explained my problem. She asked if I had an appointment, and she was disappointed to find out the people the previous night had not mentioned I needed an appointment. The lady I was talking too asked to look at the phone. I handed it to her and about 15 seconds later, she handed it back and it worked fine. I am very disappointed that most apple employees cannot fix a simple glitch. As a paying customer and product user of Apple, I would expect good service. This store on The Domain has a terrible staff problem.

Came here several times to buy an iPad, an iPhone and several accessories. It's always packed though. Last time, it took me 15 minutes of standing with stuff in my hands before I actually got service. This may not be indicative of the entire store experience, however, it was very disconcerting to have to wait that long to purchase products. Sales staff were very good with their products and were reasonable knowledgeable, but were unaware of recent product developments and their pros and cons.

I have gone here a couple times. Each time I go, I get the worst service ever. They have a bunch of generation Y hipsters who rarely actually know what they are doing and have zero empathy skills. I suggest training them on how to care and then their actual job prior to letting them interface with your customers. When my computer had issues a month or so ago, I brought it in and they managed to make it worse. When they did, they tried to blame it on being just a coincidence that it went down when they decided to play with it rather than take accountability and apologize. On top of that when they had someone try to help fix what they did, management consistently passive-aggressively criticized him for taking too much time on one customer which his time was apparently spent to no avail as what they did was not fixable. It resulted in me wiping the entire thing, losing almost a weeks worth of work and swearing to never go near them again. I have a lot and I mean A LOT of apple products in my apartment. I go back in because after 2 hours on tech support with Time Warner then another 3 hours the following day with them and then apple - we determine that my apple tv is in fact defective after less than a year of owning it and will not connect to the wireless. We set up an appointment - I drive to the domain - they have zero record. Turns out they set it for the wrong day. The only manager on duty is the hipster kid who oozes insincerity with every breath and you can tell is laughing at you when talking to you since life is just too funny and someone who doesn't know tech support at all. I love that their managers are completely untrained in their actual departments. Getting zero service in the time frame needed, I walked out. I will never go to this domain store again. When I need to buy my next computer, apple tv, iPhone - I will go elsewhere. I feel that they need to learn what being customer centric is and hire more empathic customer service reps and then actually train their managers so the manager can take care of any escalations themselves rather than let me see if I can fit you in hours from now even though we messed up... again...

I had a very bad experience here: I just got my iPhone 5s in January 2014. I broke the screen, not a very bad break, shortly after. I took it in to the Apple Store for a repair, they said they didn't have any screens yet, and suggested I go to a local vendor and replace it. He even gave me a few names of places. Got it repaired no problems. Yesterday my mic on the speaker phone stopped working, made an appointment, but was told there was nothing they could do for me because the unauthorized screen. I was just following the suggestion from the Apple employee, I would never of changed the screen if I knew this was the result. I asked if I had any options, and the Apple Tech said they will sell me a new phone. I politely I asked to see the manager, but was told there is nothing he will do, said sorry and walked off to the next customer. The people at the table waiting were not impressed either- one even said- "Wow, that's messed up". I waited for a bit to see if the manager was coming ~15 mins, but no one came. 1. I wished I would have know about the Unauthorized screen repair- the crack wasn't that bad, I could have waited. I was following the suggestion of the apple employee. 2. I feel very cheated by your service today, both of these seemingly being two different issues. 3. I have been a loyal and proponent to apple products, iphones, ipads, ipods. Maybe its time to question that loyalty.

went in 3 times with appointment 01/15/2014, ALL 3 times were waiting time between 45min - 80min and the 4th time i got in. But, i am NOT impress with the tech work there. In my opinion, they are NOT professional, they don't look professional, they don't dress proper and very unpleasant to work with. At the end result is not resolve. Apple should recruit with somewhat knowledge or at least with some degree / certification. I am so dis-appointed and that is why i am done with apple. update 01/22/2014...i just called the apple store at the domain and want to make sure if i can get help by phone. Phillips answer my call and he is a super RUDE and does not seems to understand apple warranty on iphone 5s. I hoped with my post will prompt apple to do something about this apple store at the domain.

Went to get my iphone 5S screen replaced. They won't replace it. They will replace your whole phone for $260+tax though. Complete bullshit. The window in my brand new truck costs less to replace and they deliver. Might have just lost an apple customer!!
