My husband and I were anti-Ford until 3 years ago when we ended up at Northgate Ford to look at a replacement for his limping Dodge Ram. The professionals at Northgate Ford worked with us on our needs, wants and options. We leased an F-150 for 3 years. We have 4 vehicles in our family and we always chose the F-150 to travel in because the ride was so smooth and comfortable. Well...3 years later and our lease is up. We went back to Northgate Ford because of our first experience and discovered that it's even better than the first time. Mike and Jason worked with us for 2 weeks searching high and low to find the truck my husband wanted. They understood what we wanted and found it for us. The who;e process was pleasant and smooth. Highly recommend! Also, we love the service department! The 3 years of service received at Northgate Ford were superior to all others. We've had Honda, Chevy, Dodge, Toyota and Subaru. Purchasing and service experiences have been best of all at Northgate Ford!

Bought an '05 Focus ZX3 used there. I do most of my work on my car myself so I can't speak on the service department but the atmosphere seemed nice and they cut a significant amount off the original price. Still driving the car after a few months and nothing I didn't know about has popped up. I don't know for sure but it looks like they take care of a bunch of basic stuff on used cars. My Focus had new tires, brand new/clean looking coolant, the oil looked new, and the washer fluid was topped off. So that's a plus, especially the tires. They were absolutely brand new, they still had the little "hairs" on the actual surface of the tire. Either way, got the car I was looking for for a decent price. Will be the first place I shop when I decide to pick up one of the new Focus RS with 350 BHP and 350 lb-ft of torque! :D

Awesome Experience with Vance::@Mustang The service is wonderful and people are very friendly. I worked with Vance on finalizing the deal for my Mustang. He is awesome person and helped me in getting my Car from another dealer which is way far away from here as the car combination which I was looking was not in stock. Also I got the best price on my Car which is not offered by any Ford Dealer in Ohio area. Once again Thank You Northgate Ford for having awesome people like Vance Burris which make our Car search/buying experience great.

This was my first experience with Northgate Ford. I am a Ford guy so I knew I wanted a Fusion. They had a good selection to choose from unlike some other dealers in the area. Some high's and low's. Pros: First contact was online with Angela Rentschler via chat tool. Very helpful in answering questions and confirming the two cars I wanted to to test drive were there (see more in Cons below). First sales contact was with Andre Singleton...a real Pro's Pro. Highly recommended. 35 years in the business and it showed. Understood my needs and helped point me towards my ultimate purchase, which was NOT the most expensive one on the lot, but the one that made the most sense for me. Second contact was with Vance Burris (Phone only) on second day. Helped my father see and test drive the car while I was not there and Andre was off. Key in helping me push through financing and price negotiation, all over the phone. Finance (Janet) was a painless process. Paperwork was completely in order and took 10-15 minutes, tops, to complete. Could not have been more friendly and knowledgeable. Car was parked right outside the finance office, indoors, and looked spectacular! It is a used car but looked brand new after the detail guys were done with it. Well done! Final touch point was with Anthony and Tom. Before I left, they made sure that my iPhone was Sync'd with my car and answered any questions I might have had at that moment. Also, very friendly and knowledgeable. Spoke with with at least one member of all sales/service departments (i.e. Sales, Management, Finance, Internet). Felt I was being fully supported throughout the buying process. Cons: Asked about two cars via chat tool and were told both were there. When I got there, same day, one had been sold. Now, I realize that happens. But a phone call/email to let me know that would have been nice as THAT PARTICULAR CAR was the primary reason I was going out there. Negotiated price of car with my trade-in and then got push back when I said I wanted to finance on my own. Was told price was contingent on financing through them. However, they didn't overly push the issue when I showed I got a better rate then they could offer. Ironically, ended up using their financing plan as they provided best rate for the term I wanted. The car did not have an owner's manual and I was not told the door lock/unlock code because they didn't know it. However, they called the next day with the code AND said the manual would be ordered and sent to my house (I easily found an online version to hold me over). While the car looked and smelled great. They did NOT give me a full tank of gas and as I was driving home, I realized the "Check Engine" light was on. I have not called them yet on this, although I expect they will check it absolutely free of charge. Still, going to cause an unnecessary 30 mile trip to the dealer and potential to lose my new car for a day to be serviced when it should have been taken care of before I pulled off the lot. Overall, it was a good experience. The showroom and hospitality area are nice, nothing overly fancy. Free water/popcorn while you wait and vending machines available if you want a snack/soda. Conveniently located 10 mins off either Cross County highway or I-275 (Colerain Ave. exit). Now that I have some experience with them, when it comes time to buy again or service my call, Northgate Ford will be on my shortlist.

Andre did amazing at walking me through all of the gadgets in my new car. Janet was excellent at helping me get through and understand all the paperwork involved. And Cheryll the sales manager was great at helping me get a deal on the car that I could afford. I love the people and the environment that welcomed me at Northgate Ford!

Ford Guy! This is the 7 new Ford I have purchased, first from Northgate. I could not be happier with the service I have received thru the purchasing process. Troy Hartung was very thorough with the truck and made sure I was comfortable with all details while test driving. John in finance explained all the options for an extended warranty and worked with me to a great term and price to make sure I am covered for a long time. I will tell everyone I know to get their next truck at Northgate, its a given I tell them to get a Ford! Jeff

Northgate Ford has always had superior service. I just purchased my second new vehicle from them and the experience was wonderful and I ended up driving off the lot that day with a brand new 2015 Ford Escape. Vance Burris was our Sales Person and he was wonderful. Not pushy, not nosy. He listened to what we wanted and he found it. Would recommend Northgate Ford to anyone and I will for sure return.
