Northgate Ford has always had superior service. I just purchased my second new vehicle from them and the experience was wonderful and I ended up driving off the lot that day with a brand new 2015 Ford Escape. Vance Burris was our Sales Person and he was wonderful. Not pushy, not nosy. He listened to what we wanted and he found it. Would recommend Northgate Ford to anyone and I will for sure return.

I have purchased two cars from Northgate Ford. The first car was a new 2013 Fusion. About a year after my purchase the computer system crashed and needed service while I was on vacation in Florida. I contacted multiple Ford dealerships in Florida and none were willing to help me. I was desperate and called Northgate Ford when I had nowhere else to turn. The managers there went above and beyond to help me out. Not only did they handle the situation, but they also organized for me to drive a rental car home and have my car sent to me after it was repaired in Florida. The part I needed was on national backorder and Northgate Ford was able to find the part and have it shipped across the country to fix my car. Even though it was a new car, the technology in these cars may fail and all that matters is that the company will stand behind their product and fix it. Northgate Ford did just that. For that I told the managers (Jason and Bob) that I would purchase again from their dealership because they had earned my trust. In March 2015, I decided I wanted a larger vehicle so I returned to Northgate Ford. My salesman was Vance and he did a great job helping us and answering all of our questions. He ended up getting us into a 2013 Ford Explorer. The Explorer had a minor issue with the steering wheel controls that we didn’t notice until the next day, so I returned to Ford and let them know of the issue. Other dealerships might have told us too bad you will have to do a warranty claim but Northgate took it personal and treated me more like a friend then a customer. Chris and Jason from service were wonderful and literally did everything they could to try to make it right. They worked with Bob and Jason the sales managers to figure out options and in the end they were able to fix the issue at no cost to me. Again Northgate Ford solved my issue and worked with me to make my purchase experience amazing. They stood behind their product and made it right which is why I will continue to buy Ford and will definitely return to Northgate Ford for many future purchases. I will not buy from any other dealership.

Found the exact car I was looking for online at Northgate Ford. Negotiations with their online sales team was quick and I received a more than fair offer almost immediately. Drove the 90+ miles north to Cincinnati the next day, a Sunday I might add, to pick up my new 2015 Mustang GT. Car was clean and ready to go. The financial transaction and the new vehicle overview was thorough, friendly and I was on the road back to Lexington, KY in less than an hour. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and this was by far the best ever. Great work Jennifer and crew!

Just bought a 2014 Focus from Northgate Ford. I can't say enough great things about Ed Welsh - he was great to deal with, helped us figure out the best deal for us, and no pressure at all. Janet in the finance department also did a great job helping us find the best interest rate. This was definitely the best car buying experience I've ever had! Loving my new Focus!

I purchased my very first car this past weekend. The experience was great! I spoke with an internet sales person who helped me with all the questions I had about the buying process. When I went in to visit Ed Woodyard helped me find the perfect car. I purchased a blue 2010 Ford Focus. The car is beautiful and runs great. The experience at the Northgate Ford was amazing and I will continue to do business with the in the future.

My Husband and I bought a 2014 Ford Taurus from Greg in October . We were very impressed with everyone we dealt with, we haven't had to get a car loan in 14 years and the loan department was very great with us. We were there well past the showroom closing and Greg was in no hurry to push us out the door. He made sure to go over the car with me before we left. I'm letting all my friends know about your business, we past many dealers to come over the river, it was well worth it. If we decide to buy another car I will definitely give Greg a call. Apparently, my review is no longer active review therefore I feel the need to reiterate it was a horrible experience. Unless there has been a management change, or new owners, no one should waste their time with Northgate Ford. My wife and I bought a used Subaru Legacy from Northgate Ford. Now, I do accept some responsibility, I should know better than to trust a car dealership (now...think about that for a second...that's sad that I can't walk into a dealership and think they will sell me a quality car for a fair price) and should have gotten a used car inspection. Northgate Ford gave the car a clean bill of health. Within 2 days of driving off the lot the air pressure in 2 tires went low. I take it back to get it check out, they fill the tires back up. A few days later, same thing happens except this time I'm informed I have 2 bent rims. Well, I'm going to take an educated guess here and say you sold the car to me like this however they did not see it this way. I eventually asked to speak to the manager which he was worthless and rude. They got what they wanted which was a sell of a crap car and didn't give one shred of care about the customer experience. The car ended up being a money pit with issue after issue. I'm sure the sales person won a bet with that sale of a junker. I'm sure that's the type of place that Northgate Ford (at least the used car portion). Total lack of customer care. Bottom line, if anyone in leadership/management is still there this location is not worth your business. Derrick

I purchased a vehicle from Northgate Ford recently and have already recommended a few friends to check them out! The experience was excellent thanks to my salesmen Chris Redman, he was very helpful and easy to work with. I didn't feel pressured whatsoever and any questions I had were answered. I will continue to recommend Northgate Ford. If you're searching for a car, go see Chris and the great team at Northgate Ford!
