I’m very pleased with Metro Ford service dept. I had a rear window leak problem, and was advised by the finance reps. that sold me the car that I had a BUMPER to BUMPER extended warranty on my used car which was not the case and this reps. from the Service Dept. went out of their way to help, I want to personally thank Mr. Danny Marks (GM) and Mr. Armando Rodriguez (Service Adviser) who were extremely professional and expedited the service for me. I highly recommend this dept. for any problems you might run into with your vehicle.

I bought a 2016 Mustang v6 from Metro Ford. Salesman's name is Roberto. Very nice guy, was able to give the the internet price which is the lowest quoted price with all discounts/rebates included. He keeps in touch with me from time to time to make sure I am enjoying my new car. Very cool and polite gentleman

I lease a car every two years. Came down to Metro Ford from Coral Springs because they had the exact car I wanted. The quickest, easiest car buying experience I have ever had. The salesman was nice, the manager was nice and I left with the car I wanted. Just be careful with their Internet prices, they're all lies! When you get there, they will tell you the real price is much higher because you don't qualify for anything. I had to spend hours negotiating the price down to what the Internet offered me. After that, I had to wait hours for the finance guy (Apparently they only have two) to be available. Then, another couple hours negotiating with him for the financing I wanted. All in all, a very long experience, but I ended up with the car of my dreams. All I can say is, go in there knowing your stuff and watching out for their sleazy tricks and you'll be fine.

Excellent attention to my vehicle! My 2008 Ford Mustang received outstanding treatment by Metro Service Department, in maintenance and upkeep care. I am very pleased with Metro Service Department. a few problems, at first I was taken care of very quickly and was able to talk about the problems I was having with my vehicle. I left it in the service department for a few reasons, and when I went to pick it up at the end of the day it was a disaster. They deliberately ignored the complaints I had, and they managed to leave my vehicle destroyed, as if a tornado had come into the vehicle and moved every single item from it's place. I do not think I will ever bring my vehicle back for service of any kind. Very disappointed.

Metro Ford service is always Excellent. My service writer, David Duff, is extremely knowledgeable and provides exactly the correct service to maintain my vehicle. Metro Ford also points out things that should be done to prevent any problems in the future. They service my car in a matter of hours. My vehicle is extremely well maintained and has never broken down on the road. My next car is going to be another Ford vehicle and I would definitely buy another car from Metro Ford.

If I could give zero stars I would. We bought our Sable from this dealership. It was in an accident and we took it to Metro for servicing. Worst mistake we ever made. They couldn't even tell me the size of the tire that had to be replaced. Did nothing to try and help us find parts. Did not return phone calls. People were hard to reach. Back and forth with Insurance company, who also claimed they could not get current information. Never, Never, Never, Never will I buy another vehicle or get the car serviced at Metro. I normally do not write these types of comments, but it took over 2 months to get the car back (no real major damage). Terrible service and such a flippant attitude. They even lost a tire that they had to retrieve and I had to make a separate trip.
