The salesman was nice, the manager was nice and I left with the car I wanted. Just be careful with their Internet prices, they're all lies! When you get there, they will tell you the real price is much higher because you don't qualify for anything. I had to spend hours negotiating the price down to what the Internet offered me. After that, I had to wait hours for the finance guy (Apparently they only have two) to be available. Then, another couple hours negotiating with him for the financing I wanted. All in all, a very long experience, but I ended up with the car of my dreams. All I can say is, go in there knowing your stuff and watching out for their sleazy tricks and you'll be fine.

The sales man was cool and laid back and was able to help me get the car. Also I was close to not getting it but the manager was able to help me purchase it at a better price and was willing to work with me. And I'm a real customer not someone that's paid to write this or works there.......they seen that I wanted the challenger and was able to find a bank, lower my payments and was able to drive off with the car I always wanted real talk.....thanks metro ford even though I'm bad with names you guys no who you are from the salesman to the manager that went out there way thanks.

This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Purchased a 2016 Mustang last month and I regret my decision. They never communicate properly, tell lies and simply waste your time. They don't treat customers properly. When I agreed to purchase the car, they didn't tell me the interest rate which I was getting. Instead, they tricked me into making the down payment first, so that I am forced to buy it from there itself. So the financier gives a high ridiculous rate and tried to sell the Premium Care plan(~1300 dollars) and almost signed the paperwork. When I noticed it at the end, I declined the premium care plan, so he increase the interest rate and we had to do the paperwork again. And the service department is horrible. I had to go 2 times just to get one Ford accessory installed. On the previous day when I called, they tell me to come at 9am. When I am there at 9, they said the mechanic isn't there yet and made me wait 2 hours. I had to wait 3 hours for a 1 hour job. And then tried to overcharge me for the installation, so I have to show the prices on their website to get it right. Tried charging me 125$ for a $50 job. Please save yourself the trouble and find another dealership, if you want a good experience.

Well, honestly I'm a bit shocked at some of these reviews! I became a client in 2004, buying a new 2005 Mustang. It was a long day getting the paperwork done but otherwise a pleasant experience. I ONLY serviced the car there. Always excellent. In 2007, I purchased another new Mustang. I still have this incredible car. ❤ And again, I ONLY service the car at Metro Ford. The car has had very few repairs and still runs like a dream. When I walk in to Metro Ford, the staff are friendly, accommodating, they know my name, my car, they know who I prefer to do the intake for my car's repair, ALBERT BELLAS (excellent customer service always).. The customer service is OUTSTANDING! EVER TIME I'm there, JOSE MILIAN, who sold me two new cars, comes over, says hi, knows about my family.. He's like family! Lol We talk about my passion.. the Mustang. ☺ What I love about Jose, he's enthusiastic and readily has all possible info about the vehicles without being pushy. I can't stand PUSHY. It doesn't go over well with me. He understands his clients and YES, very soon will be time for a new gorgeous Mustang and Jose Milian will be my salesman and Metro Ford will be where I take my car to be serviced WORRY FREE. I have been there COUNTLESS TIMES. I have had only the best experiences. The cars are great, the service is great, the staff is great! I would not be buying another car if that wasn't the case. Thank you for being wonderful time and time again. I will see you soon! ☺

Worst experience ever! I went there to purchase a new Ford Edge. First, no sales man available, and after I found one A nice guy from Nicaragua but not knowledgeable about details in terms of lease or specifics about the car we try to negotiate. He told us that he has to talk to the Manager, after the second attempt the Manager came out of his office and told us very rude that we don't accept those offers, and that's it. Instead of trying to find a deal to work out something, or to at least get our contact information he just left. Unfriendly customer service and no sense of making deals

NEVER AGAIN! BOUGHT MY 2016 MUSTANG FROM THERE. AFTER CONTACTING THEM THROUGH THE INTERNET AND NOT GETTING A RESPONSE BACK FOR 3-4 DAYS, AFTER SPEAKING TO ONE OF THE INTERNET GUYS I GAVE UP. FINALLY I GOT A CALL AND WAS ASKED TO COME DOWN AND THAT THEY COULD GET ME OUT OF MY CAR WHICH I WAS UPSIDE DOWN IN BY $10,000. GOT ALL THE WAY THERE AND SPENT 3 HOURS DEALING WITH THEM ONLY TO FIND OUT AFTER I WAS PROMISED BY THE INTERNET GUY TONY LOPEZ THAT THEY COULD GET ME OUT NO PROBLEM! WELL AFTER 3 HOURS IN THE DEALERSHIP THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDNT HELP ME AND LET ME WALK OUT. DROVE 30 MINUTES NORTH AND GOT A PHONE CALL BY MY SALESMAN SAYING CAN YOU COMEBACK MY MANAGER IS GOING TO PUT AND EXTRA $3,000 TO MAKE THE DEAL. I TOLD HIM IM NOT COMING BACK AND WHY WOULD YOU LET ME LEAVE AND DRIVE 30 MINUTES NORTH THEN TELL ME THIS? SO AFTER 2 DAYS GONE BY I CAME BACK DOWN AND MADE THE DEAL. WELL THE VEHICLE I TRADED IN HAD SOME AFTERMARKET PARTS ON IT THAT I WANTED OFF. PAUL COLLINS THE MANAGER TOLD ME THEY WOULD TAKE THE PARTS OFF BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO CERTIFY MY VEHICLE. SO I SIGNED A "WE OWE SHEET" STATING ALL MY PARTS. WELL AFTER 2 WEEKS OF THEM HAVING MY OLD CAR AND REMOVING THE AFTERMARKET PARTS. THEY NOTICED THAT MY FOG LIGHT WAS MISSING WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTED DURING THE USED CAR MANAGERS WALK AROUND. NOT MY FAULT. WELL AFTER 2 WEEKS OF HAVING MY CAR I CALLED DOWN AND SPOKE WITH SOME MANAGER ABOUT PICKING MY OLD PARTS UP. HE ASKED ME ABOUT THE FOG LIGHT. TOLD HIM I DONT HAVE IT AND THAT IT BROKE AND I THREW IT OUT. WHICH WAS THE TRUTH. HE SAID OK NO PROBLEM YOU CAN COME TOMORROW AND PICK YOUR STUFF UP. GOT THERE THE NEXT MORNING AT 7AM TO PICK MY STUFF UP AND THE SERVICE MANAGER TOLD ME HE COULDNT GIVE THEM TO ME UNTIL PAUL COLLINS GOT IN. WAITED AND HOUR AND HALF FINALLY PAUL ARRIVED. PAUL SAT ME DOWN AND ASKED ME ABOUT THE FOGLIGHT IN WHICH I DIDNT HAVE ANYMORE NOR WAS IT ON THE CAR WHEN THE WALK AROUND HAPPENED. NOT MY FAULT, THERES. PAUL TOLD ME I OWED THEM $600 FOR THE FOG LIGHT WHICH WASNT IN THE "WE OWE SHEET" AGREEMENT. PAUL DECIDED TO TELL ME I COULDNT HAVE MY PARTS BACK UNLESS I FORKED UP $600. TOLD HIM NO AND TO GIVE ME MY PARTS BACK ITS IN THE WE OWE AND NOTHING IN THERE BESIDES A LEASE FOR A REBATE IS WHAT I OWED THEM. AGAIN NOT MY FAULT. PAUL ENDS UP TELLING ME SORRY BUT "YOUR NOT GETTING YOUR PARTS BACK". AT THAT POINT I SAID OK YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM MY ATTORNEY. LATER THAT MORNING I CALLED MY ATTORNEY AND HE CONTACTED PAUL. AFTER 2-3 DAYS OF CONTACTING HIM, PAUL FINALLY RETURNED MY PARTS DUE TO HIM BEING LEGALLY WRONG. THE WE OWE SHEET STATIED EVERYTHING I OWED THEM AND THEY OWED ME. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
