This is the second car I lease from this dealer. Bill Rodriguez helped me both times and has always been helpful. This second time around has been the worst experience of all time. I went on my birthday to renew my tag on my car as it was about to be expired only to be told that there was no license plate registered to my car, and that to speak to the person who sold me this car. That same day I went to the dealer and spoke to Bill and he mentioned he would give me a response by Monday (as it was a Saturday). I trust Bill for him to let me know. He called me on the Monday and told me the accounting office knew about the situation in November....and we are in December...nevertheless he let me know they were working on the situation. I carried on using my car not thinking anything of it...until the police stopped me and told me that it was a criminal offense and that it was cause for an arrest. I called the dealership that same Saturday and requested a courtesy car to be told no since they couldn't do anything about the insurance. I have been in today early in the dealer to speak with the General Manager Danny, and was told he will give me a solution that same day. UPDATE: They gave me a reimbursement for the ticket and the rental HOWEVER a week after I had problems with one of my wheels and went in to get it checked. I was told that I had a screw in the tire and that it would cost $128...Basically the same amount I was reimburse for with the original problem. I waited 3 hours for them to finish. I cant wait till my lease is over, their customer service is not the best. The act as they don't care at all about you as a customer.

I recently needed a new car and was not looking forward to the whole ordeal of going into a dealership and spending long hours on the transaction. I have had some bad experiences in the past car shopping that left me a bit disillusioned with the whole process. Luckily I went to Metro Ford and was directed to Daniel Galeas. Daniel was by far the best salesman I have encountered. He was not only friendly and knowledgeable, but handled the whole experience making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Really made the whole experience much better than I could have imagined. By the end of the whole process it was more like I was dealing with another member of my family than a car salesman! Now I know that all future purchases and recommendations will go to Metro Ford and Daniel Galeas. If you are looking for a car go here, and ask for him. You will not go wrong!

Absolutely horrible service. My 2010 Escape died on the freeway last night with my wife and I in it. Turns out, there are multiple recalls for throttle and electrical issues. This is life and death stuff. I called immediately this morning to schedule a time to bring it in for the recall work and once the service manager knew I was just a recall, he wasn't interested. He said I should just bring it in, plan to leave it all day, and pay at least $60. He could care less about me and my family's safety. All he cares about is making his money, that was clear from his tone and wanting to rush me off the phone. Absolutely disgusting.

Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever had this misfortune of having my lease tied to. Unprofessional, Dirty, Garbage service, I can not wait for my lease to be over so I can give my car back and never have to set foot in that dealer ever again if you're thinking about buying a ford DONT do it here

I've brought my Mustang to several dealerships over the years and I'm not impressed by this one. I waited two hours for an oil change and I had an appointment in the morning. I had tried to come in at 3pm the day before and was turned away due to being backed up and that their techs leave at 5. The waiting room isn't comfortable, it's loud and the seats are horrible. My service tech one of the times before brought out a 2 page summary of what my car needed serviced and said it all had to be done and they bedded to keep it. I laughed and left last time with my car in fine shape. It's a small show room but there was dirt and grime the front of a brand new Mustang inside. I only came back because of the location being near me, next time I'll drive to get better service.
