Very disappointed with METRO FORD! I went in for a car that they said that had after I call in 3 times with the same questions.... They did not have the car... I ended up falling in the Santa's tail that it was a good deal... signed papers without paying attention and which was my fault given them so much trust and went back two days later when I found out that It was not what I believed... returned the car that I never even took out of the dealership, for my refund which it was supposed to take 4 days it has been 8 and I haven't seeing it.... when are they going to do something right??? do I have to put a stop on the card? how SAD is that my expectations of getting a new car became a nightmare..... It isn't nice to take advantage of people! It will not get you anywhere Mr. BIll......

I’m very pleased with Metro Ford service dept. I had a rear window leak problem, and was advised by the finance reps. that sold me the car that I had a BUMPER to BUMPER extended warranty on my used car which was not the case and this reps. from the Service Dept. went out of their way to help, I want to personally thank Mr. Danny Marks (GM) and Mr. Armando Rodriguez (Service Adviser) who were extremely professional and expedited the service for me. I highly recommend this dept. for any problems you might run into with your vehicle.

I bought a 2016 Mustang v6 from Metro Ford. Salesman's name is Roberto. Very nice guy, was able to give the the internet price which is the lowest quoted price with all discounts/rebates included. He keeps in touch with me from time to time to make sure I am enjoying my new car. Very cool and polite gentleman

a few problems, at first I was taken care of very quickly and was able to talk about the problems I was having with my vehicle. I left it in the service department for a few reasons, and when I went to pick it up at the end of the day it was a disaster. They deliberately ignored the complaints I had, and they managed to leave my vehicle destroyed, as if a tornado had come into the vehicle and moved every single item from it's place. I do not think I will ever bring my vehicle back for service of any kind. Very disappointed.

We have bought two vehicles from this location so far. We had a great experience both times, were able to get both cars at a reasonable price and the entire process was easy and efficient. Jefferson was our sales person for our most recent purchase of a Ford Fiesta. He knew what we were looking for in a second vehicle, was able to make appropriate recommendations for our needs, was courteous, honest and generally helpful though the entire process. I look forward to using him again next year when we need to replace our older vehicle. We received excellent customer service.
