Hi guys, 

We hope you all are doing good and enjoying your time in the gym and going perfect with your workouts. 

In today's busy life schedule, most of the people don't get time to go out for gym and do exercise. We decided to bring a short 25-30 min. workout for them , following which they should also end up on a winning note and get a healthy body to do their work with more energy and enthusiasm.

Just take out 25 min. from your time and do this workout. We assure you , this 25 min. will make 40% of your day.

Let’s tie up the shoes and start. We give this workout name as "High Intense Bootcamp Workouts" .

1. Jumping Jacks   -    30 seconds

2. Squats  -    30 seconds

3. Push Ups  -   30 seconds

4. High Knees  -   30 seconds

5. Plank  -   30 seconds

6.  Ab Crunches  -   30 seconds

7. Mountain Climbers  -   30 seconds

8. Plank with Jacks  -   30 seconds

9. Double Crunches  -   30 seconds

10. Burpees  -   30 seconds

11. Squats  -   30 seconds

12. V-Up Abs  -   30 seconds

Do all the above 12 exercises continuously one after the another and we will call it as one Round.

Repeat the above procedure for 3 Rounds and take 2-3 minutes rest between each Round.

Time Taken = Exercise 1 to Exercise 12 (360 seconds = 6 min.). 

Total Time for 3 Rounds = Exercise (6 min. * 3 Rounds = 18 min.) +
Rest Time (3  min. * 2 = 6 min.)   =  18 min. + 6 min.  =  24 min.


Continue performing these 24 min. for 30 days taking 1 day off after every 6 days and see the difference in you. And yes, don't forget to share your experience with us right here and we keep bringing more helpful stuff for you.
