So sad and short sighted.

Well, that's that: Marvel has forbidden us from hosting or designing any more fan-made superhero workouts inspired by their characters. So, we are really sorry but we can no longer accept any Marvel Universe related workout requests.

Background to the story:

NR Project is a non-profit fitness resource run and maintained by volunteers and fitness enthusiasts dedicated to making fitness fun and accessible for everyone. Everything we design is completely free. We run no ads and have no product placement, we have no sponsors, we get no help or breaks from anyone. We work really hard around the clock to make fitness totally accessible. Our visual workouts and programs are available to everyone completely free and it'll always be the case. Some of our workouts are based on pop culture, some are based on games and others are inspired by superheroes. We look for better role models, better reasons to work out and be better people because of that. It would have been great if we could have worked out a way for them to protect their IP and still help those who are inspired by their heroes get fitter.  But unfortunately this was something they did not even consider.

Does it matter if it better than Apple's chip is there a lot more to it?
View the article s original source Author: Usman Pirzada Just a few hours ago, the initial benchmark comparison of the Nvidia Tegra K1 SoC and Apple’s new flagship, the A8X appeared. The benchmarks put the Tegra K1 as the on-screen winner while the the A8X took home the crown when it came to actual GPU Power.

7 day countdown starts now!
It's been a long and winding road to get to this point, but we're finally approaching the day where you'll be able to pre-order a OnePlus One without an invite. That day is Monday, October 27th — one week from today. The Cyanogen-powered Android handset officially launched back in late April, so it really has been a long road… and we're not even looking at general availability yet....

+Techy Agent A good video. My only question is have you ran these recently against the Fitbit HR or Surge? We try a lot of products and the Mio Fuse was very comfortable but the heart rate was all over the place during activities and the step count was almost non existent!
Currently all wrist HR trackers suffer from the same thing which is they need to be further up your arm, at least a few centimetres from the wrist during light activities and 3 times that during intensive.
Am awaiting availability of Surge so can't compare it to the Mio Fuse.
Could you revisit the Surge vs Mio Fuse vs Chest strap please so I get a better idea of how the two compare against a chest strap and each other?

I've been using the Mio Fuse for a few months with great results. On my Fitbit Charge HR video, in fact, you can see where I did put the Mio data beside the Fitbit Charge HR data, and you can see how the Mio had superior results in tracking heart rate. You asked about chest straps: the truth is, chest straps will always be more accurate than wrist based heart rate sensors because of the nature of the technology. My Polar chest strap remains to be my most accurate device, but I prefer the Mio Fuse on the wrist, just for convenience.

And now for something totally unexpected. It looks like along with the changes that are going to unify Android, Lollipop if you haven't heard, there is there is now some new marketing. Android has an advert. An all inclusive advert that highlights the diverse strength it has has from the different OEMs as well as providing something for everyone. +Blake Harrold thanks for sharing.

This particular Android Advert was published only recently, featuring bold colors, impressive typography, powerful music and a whole bunch of individuality!

Like IKEA but not furniture is the best way to describe this store. there is a lot to take in and just about everything is stored here from tech to diy stuff. A number of things like certain cables that places like Maplin used to house can be found here at almost internet prices. Recommend using the catalogue system as high chance of you being more aware of content than some staff.

Tasty experience!! Xmas menu and the food was well cooked and very tasty. In addition to the main, turkey, I had a side of jerk chicken, curry goat and ox tail. All were cooked to tenderness and offered a unique twist to the dish. The steamed mixed vegetables were slightly sweet and just right. The evening atmosphere is superb with a selection of music by the live DJ. A pleasant dinning experience with entertainment.

Good food quick! If you love rice and noodles with combination soups, meats or veg then this is ideal. I recommend getting medium to large size pots if you are active. The pricing is good and the staff are brilliant even when it is busy. Highly recommend the frozen yogurt with mixed fruit!

Big for a Metro and as a result offer both hot food and a some fresh bakery produce. Meal deals are nice but the range is not as big as other chains. The Frozen yogurt machine is a nice touch.

Booked for Xmas work party and had the a la carte menu. A good balance of different dishes and a lot of food to boot. The only disappoint was the dessert or rather the poor choices available.

As Subway goes its pretty standard but the staff make an enjoyable experience. Fast and friendly with food always hot. The location does mean that it can get busy quick and 30mins on the wrong side of lunch means that all the bread is sold out!
