Marshall Auto Body Repair, a Wisconsin Sustainable Business, has been managing the time, quality, and cost of Auto Body collision repair since 1978!

About:
Aluminum and advanced technology automotive collision repair.  We continuously improve the overall collision repair, claims handling experience for all stakeholders by applying the Toyota Production System (TPS) principles to shorten down time, reduce costs and by eliminating rework.

Our Mission:
Is to minimize any disruption in your life caused by the auto accident.

The Environment:
Our goal is to be carbon neutral and sustainable by 2016.  To that end we have implemented the Toyota Lean Production System, installed energy efficient lighting, water heating equipment and a huge 72kW solar array.

We recycle everything from cardboard and metals to the solvents we use.  The energy we use to repair your vehicle comes from the sun!

Everyone was wonderful and the entire experience was simple, easy, and a delight. You kept my out of pocket costs low and kept the Insurance company from totaling the car. I can't thank you enough! You guys are the best. I'll be telling everyone that is looking for repair work to see you first. Tim was the best. He held fast to his estimate and kept me in the loop so I could stay on the insurance company. It was right before Christmas, and I was worried that the repair costs would cut into our budget. I couldn't afford to have the car totaled. and I couldn't afford a new car. They worked with me and my insurance company to keep the out of pocket costs down and saved my car and Christmas. Thanks!

This place is amazing. My brother's car was in a minor front-end collision. We took it in after-hours, and it was done by five the next afternoon. The staff go out of their way to make you feel at ease and do ANYTHING to help they can. The side panel on my mom's Acadia (the car we drove there to pick up) was popped out from when she backed into the garage a week before, and when we showed it to Vince, he used a screwdriver and FIXED HER CAR FOR FREE right there in the showroom! That's probably the best customer service you can give. There were also cookies in my brothers car when we picked it up. So there. They win. Drive as far as you can to go to Marshalls. It's worth it.

Tim and Vince were great! Both were kind, patient, accommodating and very easy to work with. The entire staff did a great job! My car was delivered ahead of schedule and all went smoothly with processing the claim through the insurance company. Thank you Marshall Auto Body for reliable and top-notch service!

Marshalls Auto Body Brought my car in around July for hail damage, total damage came to over $11,000. Took about a month to get it back and my experience was horrible. My 2010 TL needed whole new roof and hood but everything else they had to send out to paint-less dent remover. Anyways, around August I get a call from Marshall's to go pickup my car. So, I rushed to Marshall's after work and the car is parked in the showroom for inspection. Under their light, the car looked flawless, until I approached the TL and noticed scratches, dull spots as if it was from them using some type of liquid or glue to pull out the dents, which screwed up the clear coat. I tell Vince why is there so many scratches on the car? He responds by saying it was already there. I noticed some more dull spots on the trunk and the only response he was giving me was it already there. He sees me frustrated, so he goes to the back of the room and takes out a piece of cloth and polishes it. Dull spot is still there. At this point, I just wanted to get the hell out of there, so I signed the papers and paid my fees. I get home later to find out my floor and seats were covered in black soot. I was able to wipe off the seats but the floor still remained. Door panels, trunk, front and rear wheel welds have scratches in sunlight from PDR. They broke many of my plastic latches from taking off my plastics around the door and radio. The shop switched many of my OEM Acura parts for cheap or old parts. My hood latch that holds up the hood was replaced with an old one, the shocks on the latch are completely shot. In conclusion, I do not recommend this place at all!!! I wanted to get my car done professionally so I called Acura dealership which whom they recommended Marshall Auto Body. Stay away!! Please be warned they will swap out your OEM parts and replace them with OLD PARTS!! My car looks worst than before. BEFORE YOU SIGNED OFF, PLEASE PULL YOUR CAR OUT INTO THE SUN.

Mr. Savan, upon discovering your review, and NOT recognizing your name (which we would on a repair this large) we combed our records, which are very thorough, and could not find any one with a name close to yours. We also did not repair ANY 2010 Acura TL’s in 2013 that a roof replaced or Hail damage. None of the Acura TL’s that we repaired in the vicinity of $11000.00 were hail damage claims either, they were all collision related. That being said, we dug deeper out of concern, that if legitimate, we want to discuss further, and rectify any dissatisfaction with a repair we actually made. I did find after going through every Acura TL repair in our system from 2013, that we did make hail damage repairs to a 2007 Acura TL for a total cost of $9263.91. The owners name bears no resemblance to yours. Our file notes which are thorough, indicate that the owner indicated all was satisfactory upon our 3 day follow up call after the car left. I telephoned the owner of the 2007 TL mentioned in this response today, to see if this was the same file and they called back to reiterate that they were satisfied and the posting was not in fact made by them.

This is the best place! The entire staff is very courteous and helpful to my eldery mother who recently had her car repaired there. I can't say enough about how great everyone was to work with. Tim was our initial contact and provided exceptional advice and knowledge to us about the process from start to finish. My mother was able to pick-up and drop off the rental at your facility. Being open until 6:00PM was very convenient. Overall, great service, pleasant experience. Very good with all the work and working with vendor's and insurance company to resolve all of my mothers issues. Thank you Marshall's.

I got into an accident in the a few weeks ago and took my car into Marshall. The representative I worked with was very friendly. He took at look at my car with me and was very friendly and explained the extent of the damage. It did take awhile for the repairs but upon seeing how busy they were (this was during a massive snow weekend) it was very understandable. They even called me to give me updates throughout the entire proccess. If I ever need auto body work again I would without a doubt take my car back here! I cannot recommend them enough.

I've had two vehicles taken into Marshall Auto for accident repair over the last several years, and both times left fully satisfied. I am a very particular person about quality, fit and finish, and have been into cars since I was little. Both vehicles left without a trace of the accidents they were in. They communicate very well, and took plenty of time with my many questions. Great company to work with, and I would recommend them highly.

We had a significant front end collision on our 2013 Hyundai Azera. Had it towed to Marshall's and was promptly taken care of by their professional and friendly staff. Vince handled the entire process, keeping us informed throughout. They gave us a car to use while ours was in the shop. Many parts had to be ordered, but our car was returned to us in a timely fashion. I was so pleased that the car never even looked like it was involved in an accident! Thank you Marshall Auto Body!
