History

Established in 1991

In January 1991 Martin moved to the United States to start All German Auto together with his older brother, Hans. Both Hans and Martin have earned automotive degrees in Denmark and added experience by working for other automotive shops specializing in German cars.

All German Auto opened its doors in February 1991 in a one-bay two-lift facility. By solely focusing on German cars such as BMW, Mercedes Benz, Porsche, Audi and VW along with hard work and dedication, All German Auto quickly build up a solid clientele base.

By building the business on this sound foundation of customer service and quality work, All German Auto soon outgrew their facility and moved to the current 20-bay location on 1327 Simpson Way in January 1998.

Besides running All German Auto, Martin is very involved in desert racing. He has won several Championships in the SCORE Desert Series both by motorcycle and racecar. In 2002 and 2003, Martin won the Class 10 Championship with his BMW powered car.

I have owned 5 BMW's and wish I had found All German Auto years ago. Martin the owner is one of the most knowledgeable Mechanics I have met. After having a bad repair done by a shop in Fountain Valley (doc) I contacted AGA. They spent the time with me to explain the errors and repaired their part that was installed incorrectly at no charge. The original shop offered no resolution! I would recommend this shop to anyone who owns a BMW.

My wife's 328 i was towed there from another shop that could not diagnose the problem after a week but wanted $800 to reset something with no guarantees, all while I was out of town. Steve worked on the car, diagnosed it, fixed it and was done in 2 days - total bill $200. Car runs great, I'm still out of town but my wife is very happy - now that's what I call honesty and great work - we will NEVER take our BMW anywhere else

Martin and his staff are real pros and my experience dates back 15+ years. I like the fact that they take the time and effort to explain the options when it comes to repairs and maintenance and actually have the old time family physician feel and genuine appreciation for the customer. My highest recommendation to all owners facing autos coming off of warranty or in search of a service department that actually cares for their customer and have an appreciation for the fine autos under their care.

Anthony Howard is the Man! He was a great help in selling my Land Cruiser and getting me into my new Lexus GX 470. Anthony is refreshing to deal with in this tough auto business! He is professional, thorough, patient and honest. He gained my trust from the start. He was prompt at returning my calls, had answers to my many questions and gave information to me to make a good decision. He is definitely an asset to All German Auto and we will call him to find my wife's next new car. I highly recommend All German Auto because of him and will refer my friends and relatives to you. Thank you!

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! All German Auto provided the best customer experience I have ever had regardless of industry. Martin is a true professional and went above and beyond to help me get my car back up and running properly. I have never used AGA for services before but, after seeing all of the great videos on YouTube and their webpage, I felt it would be a great place to get my BMW’s issues addressed. Martin took the time to listen to the problems I had and then provided solutions while describing in detail what needed to be fixed. He rapidly responded to all email and phone calls and I never felt like I was missing information. The staff was very friendly from the moment I pulled into the lot and the mechanics quickly came to assist with moving my car off of the tow truck. I really felt my car was in great hands! I would have broken the bank at the dealer, but the service and parts are very reasonable here. One of the other areas I didn’t even know they had was the car sales service. I was able to talk to Anthony about makes and models that would be best as I am looking for a second BMW and he spent a good amount of time discussing option with me. Martin even called to see how my car was running after all of the repairs had been fixed. If you have German auto and go to any other place, you are missing out on the best service and repair you can get. All German Auto is the only place I will take my car from now on.

AGA surpassed my expectations in service. I drove in and expected to wait in the lobby for a few mins to be helped. Much to my delight, right when I got out of my car a gentleman was holding the front door open for me. He quickly welcomed me to AGA and introduced himself as the service advisor John Kohl. I informed him of the services I wanted performed and told him I needed it by the end of the day, he assured me it would be ready. I got an update call mid day and he even sent me photos of the repair while the work was being performed. My car was ready an hour early. I'll absolutely be returning and I recommend AGA to everyone, specifically Jon in service.
