Nice interview everyone. A lot of these topics discussed can be transposed into many other industries besides A/V. I will definitely check out the book Daniel. Another book I always recommend is called "Customer Satisfaction is Worthless, Customer Loyalty is Priceless" by Jeffrey Gitomer. No, I don't receive any kickbacks but I found it a great read for anyone in sales. It really expounds on the customer retention strategy.
