Great pools and friendly staff. The rooms were all very comfortable and a one bedroom could easily fit 4-6 and sleep 8. Kitchen was fully stacked. I would definitely recommend the resort to a friend.

The view is pretty. We were on the 4th floor, in a one bedroom in the North Tower. We had a great view of the ocean, and to my delight, plenty of pelicans. The bedroom is a good size but the living area is quite small. Two people who like each other well will do OK, but it's not terribly comfortable. The table is small (ours was stuck in a corner) with 2 seats. There's not enough room to put together a puzzle. There was barely enough room for two people to play Rummikub. If I were planning to spend my time out of the room at the pool (they have nice pools, including indoor heated and hot tubs) and on the beach, it would be fine. But in the winter, it's less fine. Not the place to go to hibernate with the occasional beach walk. ------ The heating system worked well, was quiet, and kept the room comfortable. The kitchenette was clean and in good condition, other than a worn out wheel on the top rack of the dishwasher. There was a coffee maker, 4 burner stove with an oven, full sized refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. However, you will want to bring measuring cups/spoons, paper towels, coffee filters, dish soap if you hand wash (there is a dishwasher and you get one packet of detergent), and a sharp knife; if you are going to prep a significant amount of vegetables, you'll want to bring a cutting board; the one that was provided was small and warped. You may also like to bring some Kleenex as those are not provided. ------ You may also want to bring an iron, as there was an ironing board, but no iron. ------ The wireless internet service was abysmal - it was very slow, when it worked at all. The maximum throughput was 1.5 Mbps, but that was inconsistent - most of the time, it was slower, and actually most of the time, it didn't work. True across multiple devices. I called the front desk, and they said they would "call somebody" and give me a call back, but there was no resolution and I never heard back. If you are planning to do work, or have a critical need to get to the internet during your stay, then you will want to look into how much it will cost you to tether your computer to your cell phone, or plan to find wifi at a coffee shop off premises. This was in the winter with relatively low usage on the network -- they will need to make some infrastructure improvements to take care of the level of use you might see in the summertime, if this performance was any indication. On the upside, Verizon 4G coverage was very good. ------ The people at the front desk were very friendly. My only complaint is that I called to report that our safe was broken, and they said maintenance would come by to fix it, but maintenance never showed up. I didn't follow up a second time. ------ The beach is beautiful - wide, clean, lots of shells. There is a pier in fairly easy walking distance. They allow golf carts on the beach. Access to the beach is from the pool area, you just walk down a short boardwalk and you're there. ------ We won't be coming back -- for the amount of driving we had to do, the room just wasn't comfortable enough for us as winter travelers. I suspect summer people would like it a lot more.

Their customer service has slipped. We paid over $2000 for a room for six nights. We put up a do not disturb sign, didn't need maid service, but on our forth day we took it down and asked the maid to change our sheets, she stated that they didn't change sheets everyday when I told ger that she hadn't changed them any she said I had to call the front desk. I did and our sheets finally got changed The dishwasher was stopped up and we couldn't use it. Called the front desk three time about it NO RESPONSE. Toilet backed up one night called front desk about an hour later a man showed up looked at the toilet which be this time had drained down , and he told I'd it was ok and to call room service to have the mess cleaned up and then he left. We called front desk and was informed the all the maids had went home for the night, after I raised Cain tegu sent another man up to clean up the mess. Two days all the handicap parking at the south tower was blocked off for painting! Who the heck paints their hotel durning peak season? THIS WAS OUR 6th year staying there and most likely our last

Was more than anticipated...full kitchen, room enough for us to hang out and play, beautiful ocean view. Pools were great, beach was clean and fun. Close to lots of things to do if you get some bad weather...which we did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Will come back again!

My organization planned an event with the intent to use their venue. Preparations had been made at least 5 months prior, however our event was canceled the day of. The management did not offer a reasonable explanation. I will not go into details about the events that transpired, however a written complaint will be forwarded, through the appropriate executive management channels. I am an Armed Forces Veteran, as are many individuals of my organization. I will be submitting a congressional complaint on the regarding the discriminatory treatment received.
