Some say we have the best waffles at the beach. Why don't you come and decide for yourself?

Looks nice from the outside driving up to it. Our main door seems rusted out (needs a paint job) and the carpet in the rooms needs to be updated. Taking a hot shower is nearly impossible as the water got barely warm this morning. The maid service seems friendly and polite.

Come here every year and love it more & more. Love the fact that they are handicap friendly. Pools & hottubs have lifts for individuals whom need assistance. This year to my surprise they added a Starbucks in the north tower. Staff is super friendly and very helpful with any/all needs. Thank you for another wonderful vacation. We will see you next year!

Very pleased with this resort! Staff were all friendly, hotel was clean. Amazing view of the ocean. Loved staying here and would recommend to anyone looking for a sea side hotel.

The hotel is a great hotel. The rooms felt a little smaller than other Wyndham properties in the area but it was still an excellent trip. Staff is friendly and very responsive. There are many pools and hot tubs if you get tired of the beautiful ocean but still want water. They have great activities to keep the children entertained and it is near all the local attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Just be careful as the parking is very tight if you have a large vehicle.

I came in with my company and some employees to stay at this establishment at the end of November 2016 for work. We stayed till the end of December 2016. When we checked in the room smelled as if someone had recently smoked in it. We requested to change and were allowed to do so. We got moved to a room that had not been serviced and was not move in ready but it was late so we didn't make a fuss. The hotel brought up towels and bedding and we went on. We checked in with service animals so we did not request a cleaning for the first week and a half we were there due to it being uncomfortable for the staff to be around the animals and it being an inconvenience at times to leave the room for a cleaning. After a couple weeks we called and requested a scheduled full service and requested that all bedding be changed and a full service be done since it was not done before check in. The animals and all people were removed from the room before anyone arrived to start cleaning and after an hour and 15 minutes, they returned to find that 5 people were still in the room cleaning. They sat outside with the service animals and groceries for 20 minutes due to the comfort level of the staff being very obviously low and the staff making comments about their discomfort with the animals. After they left we went in the room to find that the only thing that had been done were making beds and changing towels. No bedding had been changed, nothing had been wiped down, there were still full trashcans. One of the employees called and left a message for housekeeping but we never heard back. The next day I went down to complain about the service that we requested and did not receive. We were not informed that someone was being sent up to the room so we had to rush to remove the animals from the room. While the house keeper was waiting outside she made rude comments about the fact that she did not want to do this that my employee over heard. She then entered the room after the animals were removed and rudely asked another employee which sheets needed to be changed. My employee informed her that all of them needed to be changed. The cleaning lady then proceeded to tell her that the room had been fully serviced the day before. My employee had to walk around the condo and show her all the things that had not been done. We were informed that the bed spreads could not be removed, which the cleaning staff had taken one the day before and not returned it, so my employee pushed the matter and was told that they could be taken and washed. My employee then left them alone in the condo. We came back about an hour later to find that, for the most part, the condo had been serviced. Soon after returning we received a phone call from the front desk manager asking us about property that the service animals has damaged. We were informed that the dog had peed so much on one of the beds that the bed spread was ruined and the bed had to be turned over. We then proceeded to turn the beds over to find the so called damage and found none. Your employee made a false complaint on a federally registered service animal for her own vendetta. We then went down to the lobby to speak to a manager about the entire matter. Someone was sent up to photograph the beds and upon remaking the beds informed us that some of the bedding was still dirty. So after everything that had happened, there was still, dirty bedding on the beds. There were problems with hot water and our complaints were ignored for three days before they finally took action. There were construction workers there that had an elevator marked off for their use but were using the key in every elevator they wanted to skip floors. I was told more that once that I would have to wait for another elevator because it was full of construction workers and equipment.

Been going here for years and it has always been pleasant. My only complaint and a good thing to know before coming: the lifeguards will set their chairs and umbrellas up at 7:00am and you cannot set up your own in front of them. So if you want any shade you will have to travel up or down the beach a ways or sit behind the ones they set up. Huge pricetag to rent from the lifeguard. I don't think it's fair that they take over the beach for profit making! It may not be a Wyndham policy but it is an annoyance!

I cannot say enough good things about this resort. First, we were greeted with smiling faces that were very helpful and accommodating. Second, the room was clean and in great order. The bed was comfortable. My shower water was HOT (in a good way) and the water pressure was perfect. The view was amazing (oceanfront). The price was within budget. I was a little worried being directly over the pool that at night we would be woken up to people being loud, but we were not. There is a good security presence and when the pool is closed they mean CLOSED. All the elevators were in working order. The parking garage was clean and I felt safe using it. WE WILL BE RETURNING!
