I can't begin to say enough good things about UrbanPass. My wife and I signed up about two months back and immediately gained access to tickets for sporting events, concerts, comedy clubs and plays around the Houston area that we might not have known about or might not have been able to afford otherwise. But for that relatively small sign-up fee, we've attended performances that would have cost us at least triple that amount if we had gone out and purchased those tickets separately. Not only that, these have been great seats (at one theater in the front row) rather than cheap seats or obstructed view. And the best thing of all is that nobody else there knows that we were comped into the event through UrbanPass -- we just go to the "Will Call" window or tell the folks at the door that we are on the guest list! Not only that -- the staff has even made sure that venues can accommodate special needs like my wife's wheelchair. Should you sign up for UrbanPass? You bet -- especially since now they have tickets for events in Austin, not just Houston, making it possible for you to do a road trip with you entertainment already paid for at some popular venues there, too.
