Aspects and Interception - More Coding in Delphi
Nick Hodges -
Thursday, September 24, 2015

Replay available at

Nick Hodges presents the "Aspects and Interception" in this Embarcadero Technology Partner Spotlight. This content is based on a chapter in his new book, "More Coding in Delphi".

This is a book all about writing Delphi code. Sure, there's a bit about component writing, too, but the main focus is on code. It's all about how to use the language in the most effective way to write clean, testable, maintainable Delphi code. It covers a variety of powerful Delphi programming features and techniques including Patterns, Threading, Parallel Programming, Aspect Oriented Programming, writing SOLID code and more.

Boian Mitov will be presenting on this week's Embarcadero Technology Partner Spotlight (Thursday, June 25 at 6am, 11am and 5pm). Boian will demonstrate Visuino and also will show new Delphi connectivity components to integrate your Delphi apps with Visuino and Arduino.

Jim McKeeth and I are looking for community members that want to register, be online so that we can talk live to them, have you demo Delphi apps or cool techniques :) Let us know. Send us email - or just register, join us online and "raise your hand" - will be cool all week to have you show a short tip, technique or trick :)

Spectacular work!  I can't wait to install it into my Delphi XE7 IDE.  This would be a cool demo to do during #DelphiWeek  2015 this coming week!

Tons of new stuff. Language, RTL, VCL, IDE, platforms, FireMonkey. Still begin and end and other statements. :D
hey there, everyone. I learned to use delphi 7 end of 2006 and since, never used again. But now, by destiny, I have the chance to back, even with a lack of memory about. My point is: Is there much diference between delphi 7 and Embarcadero's newest versions?
sorry for my english and thanks since now.
