I really want to like this place, but I'm a bit tired of their fickle hours. Google says that they are open from 11 to 9. Got there at 6:00 on a Tues and they were closed. My advice is if you want try this place. Call right before you leave to make sure that they are open.

Hands down, best damn banh-mis in Austin! I eat here every chance I get. Chinese BBQ Pork banh-mi + ginger bubble tea keeps me going. Just the right amount of jalapeños to offer some kick but not leave you suffering. Simple setup with simple and no bad choices.

Absolutely the best banh mi in Austin. The lemongrass tofu is and the avocado summer rolls are my favorite. It was fabulous when it was a trailer on south Lamar and it's still the same at the new location. I have been eating here since 2011. The staff and owner are always really cool.

Love their Banh Mi sandwiches! The lemongrass chicken is super tangy and chock full of crunchy veggies. Everything I've had is really good.

This place is great for a low-key, quiet place to have lunch. The food is consistently great every time I've visited. Fantastic!

The hours online are not accurate. Only open until four on a weekend day? That's insane! I was really looking forward to this but I guess they don't fit my schedule.

The service was pathetic...no smile...no soy sauce....no sweetner for tea...no lemons...the server could care less ...should have walked out!!!!

Whether you want to try something new or satisfy a craving for Vietnamese food, Lulu B's is a wonderful place to do it. They moved to South Congress in 2015. In terms of decor and menu, the new location has been taking shape for the better. It's very casual and quaint. All of their sandwiches, rolls, and vermicelli bowls are great. Their special dishes are super. If you are in a rush, don't stop here, go to a fast food place. All of their food is made with love. Love takes time! :) Feel free to ask questions. Don't get the same thing each time you go. Enjoy! And, while you may have driven by the new location without noticing them, they are currently planning better signage outside and will soon be posting their hours on the door. FYI, as of December 2015, it's BYOB.
