One of the worst experiences of my life. Went here on a Thursday, and were served our first round of drinks relatively quickly. The restaurant was dead, so that was to be expected. We ordered our food shortly afterwards, and waited. And waited. And waited. Nobody else was dining while we were there, but even so, half our party was finally served after FIFTY (50) minutes. The other half 5 minutes later. My meal was completely missing. The food was mediocre, with stone cold fries. The server thought it was appropriate to tell us AFTER serving the food that they were missing garnishes - tomatoes, horseradish etc. My meal (roast beef sandwich) finally came and was rancid. Subsequent drinks orders took forever, as did the checks. We ended up spending over two hours in there for three drinks and some spectacularly awful food. The server showed no remorse, no genuine concern, no desire to make anyone happy. I make it my mission in life to never, ever allow anyone I remotely care about go to this sorry excuse for a restaurant.

Stayed here for a week for a trade show and was very disappointed. Starting with the positives - housekeeping did clean the room every day. Sid's Cafe was surprisingly good, and not too overpriced for Vegas. Service was fast and the dining room very pleasant. Most of the staff here and throughout the hotel were very helpful and polite. Having a monorail link direct to the strip was also nice, and gave a cheaper alternative to taking a cab everywhere. Now the downsides, of which there are many. Check-in took about half an hour even though there were only 5-6 people in front of me. The front desk seemed to be minimally staffed throughout my stay. The room, while clean, was dated and run-down. I was staying in a pre-refurb unit though, so can't talk to the quality of the new 'Signature' rooms. The bath faucet was constantly leaking, and was never fixed during my stay. The shower head was mounted so low I had to crouch every time I used it, and I'm only 6ft. The TV reception was very poor, the iron was broken, and there was only one easily accessible electrical outlet on the nightstands. Internet was $16 a day, and while it worked well enough to stream video, it was very overpriced. Coffee and water is provided in the room, but at a charge of $3.50 and $4 respectively. My safe was locked and the staff couldn't figure out how to open it for me. Despite leaving the room temp on the same setting each evening, it seemed to constantly fluctuate which meant getting up to turn it up, turn it down, turn it up etc. Very frustrating. Westgate was doing a lot of renovation work in the lobby and casino areas, but the quality of work was poor. New carpet was thrown down during my stay with little care given to finishing the edges nicely, and the paint finish was average. This certainly wasn't a full-scale remodel, more of a 'lipstick on a pig' scenario. They installed no new fittings (such as lighting, railings, doors), instead just focusing on the floors and walls. The elevators were incredibly dated. It felt like a Super 8 compared to other resorts on the strip. Dining choices were very limited, and the gift shop/store was ludicrously expensive. $8 for a bag of kettle chips! The table dealers in the casino seemed to be inexperienced and showed no interest in what they were doing. The buffet was only open Thursday through Sunday while I was there, and the food was lousy. Nice guy making omelettes though, they were somewhat tasty. Even its proximity to the Las Vegas Convention Center is not enough for me to recommend this place. It's a lousy, corner-cutting dive that lives in the past with its constant references to Elvis. I really would look elsewhere.

I cannot speak highly enough of this place! I made my second big purchase from them recently, having initially bought a bedroom set back in 2011. The bedroom set was half the price it was in Banner, and the quality is great. The owner even supplied me with free padding to help pack everything into my van. A few months later, I ordered an extra nightstand and it came in within a couple of weeks. This year, I did a ton of shopping for a new sofa and love seat. I started at Maumee Furniture Direct, but also went to American Freight, Art Van, Ashley, Saving Station, Appliance Center, and Value City. For my budget, none of the other stores could come close to what I wanted. I got a quality, stylish sofa and love seat delivered for $700. The comparable items at Art Van were almost twice the price. I really couldn't be happier after these two experiences. The owner, John, is a super nice guy and I would gladly give him my business again. Don't let the lack of a storefront fool you - this place is up there with the best if you want the best pricing, quality products, and exceptional customer service.

Absolutely phenomenal food! Fresh vegetables, high quality meat, and great seasoning. Not to mention, the owner is one of the most entertaining people I've ever met!

Purchased a Groupon for a tune-up. Rick came the very next day and gave me a breakdown of the issues I had going on which was really helpful. He also gave me some tips on general maintenance. Will definitely go back to him when my furnace inevitably goes out on me in the next year or two!

Tried the szechuan chicken today and it was appalling. Typical of most Chinese places, the chicken was the nasty thin cut stuff that was chewy, tasteless, and fatty. Vegetables had very little color, rice was overcooked, and the szechuan sauce was awfully sweet. Last time I'll be going here!

I was here last week for a two-day on site training. The rooms were a good size and relatively clean, but they hadn't vacuumed the floors and there were thick black hairs everywhere. The elevators and hallways also smelled like eggs. My room key continually malfunctioned, and I had to go back to the lobby to have it reprogrammed a staggering nine times during my stay. The staff were pleasant, but were not able to figure out a solution. The employee in charge or bringing out food during breakfast and lunch was disgusting. His clothes were filthy and covered in stains, and the first morning part of his ill-fitting and crumpled blue shirt was sticking out of his unzipped flies. He also had an annoying habit of striking up conversation to tell us how amazing of a bartender he was. I would not go back here in a hurry!
