We had my son's 4th Birthday party there. Our host Tony was great! The kids loved him and he was very helpful. All of the kids had so much fun, including my daughter who is only 9 months. We had originally booked the room for 19 kids but because of the bad storm yesterday we only ended up with 9. They actually only charged me for the kids that came. That was a huge plus in my book, I have never been to a place that did that. Thanks Imagine That! We'll be back soon.

Years ago we had hosted our son's birthday party here. I returned this year for our daughter's party. Though we now had to purchase the food selections that they provide, we were okay with everything (we like to buy our own stuff due to dietary needs and we like our baker) but what I like about Imagine That are the options for play. The kids were never bored as there is a medieval castle, a doll house, fire engines, VW bug etc. The rooms where the kids can play Vet or store worker were great! Limitless fun. I can't write a review without mentioning the staff member, Tony. He helped run the party and was so helpful. Our group has some special needs children and Tony made sure that all kids were taken care of and didn't miss out on anything. When it was time for the puppet show, Tony spoke slowly and loud. He spent one-on-one time with my daughter, asking her what her favorite things are - favorite animal, movie, song. etc. It was sweet. He's a keeper for sure! It is a safe, fun place for kids!

I had my son's birthday there. Cute place. THey took care of everything! There was loads for the kids to do- lot of interactivity and imaginative play. All of the children (ages 3-4) and parents were pleased for the opportunity to attend.

Super fun for kids under 5 to play until exhausted. But VERY disappointed with BATHROOM facilities that lack basic support for parents with little kids like: only one changing table, NO hooks, no step stools, no closed-door family bathroom, no paper for covering changing table. Etc Take cues from BuyBuyBaby bathrooms for inspiration to do this right.

We hosted our 2-year old's birthday party here over the weekend. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even having the foresight to package our child's gifts in non-descript black bags so as not to be tempting to wandering peanuts. The exhibits were clean, but there's a lot of wear and tear on certain pieces. It did keep my kid occupied for four hours, non-stop, and there's lots to see and do. Karisa was our host and she made the whole process seamless. One further plus is that when you compare the cost per head for birthday parties it beats anything out there. They are particular about their food policy, but I think that's part of how they make their money.

Well, the place is not the worst. But be prepared with worn-out toys and sets. It could be fun if everything is well maintained. For kids 3 or younger, it does't really matter that much, but for pre-schooler or older, this place is just too shabby. And relatively this one is not cheap.

We had our daughter’s 3rd birthday party in early Nov. Our daughter & all her little friends had a blast- stayed almost to closing since it was afternoon party. We are glad that we celebrated our daughter’s special day at such an innovative, creative & fun-filled place. We must thank friendly, considerate & helpful Karisa for making our party successful & enjoyable. She is friendly, open minded, flexible & made us comfortable from the very beginning. Some staff at the front desk is not as friendly but overall feelings were very positive because of the rest of the staff in the museum was courteous and helpful. Party rooms are appropriate, newly decorated & nice as well as Party hostess. We had Pizza & pasta for lunch. Pizza was very mediocre but pastas were really good. Wish they would let us bring our food then this could be perfect place with good food & lots of fun for both kids & adults. We also had a puppet show which could have been better. Having said all this, we would highly recommend this place to any parents esp. for under 5-6 years. It really made our daughter’s day very special & all the parents-kids had a great time as well.

We take our kids here fairly often, and they would stay all day if we let them! Great spot for parties too. They take care of everything and all the people are very friendly and extremely accommodating. We just had a party for our oldest (7) this weekend and it was great. All the kids had a great time and all different ages found something to do. The only whining was when it was time to go home.
