I love the Cheesecake factory and I have always had good service here until now. We have a party of 12 coming in, and they will not take a reservation because it is a Friday night and it is too busy. Too busy? Too busy to set a table for 12 people that will be eating dinner and having wine? Too busy they said.I then asked if I get there by 5:45 do you think we could get seated around 6:30-6:45, and their response was probably not. So even if I wait an hour I can't get seated? So how long does a party like this have to wait? I have no idea the thought process behind the management. Oh and when I did talk to management they said have someone arrive early. Well, that was my plan but then they said it wouldn't matter. Confusing! I am disappointed and the White Chocolate grill would happily accommodate us.

My family and I visited the Park Meadows location Cheesecake Factory. This location was ver busy and we were quite excited to experience this restaurant. When we finally sat down we were anxious to order. After ordering we noticed that one of the saucers had dried up lettuce or parsley on it. We then were disgusted to find that one of the spoons had a big dried pan noodle on it. We told the waiter and got it replaced. Still willing to give it a try we ordered. While we were waiting we noticed that all of the waiters and waitresses had on all white. It was pretty gross to see that all of their aprons and clothes were dirty as hell. Almost like they rinsed them in dirt or lightened mud. The food was really good and the portions are huge. When we got our dessert the plate that our cheesecake was served on had some stained food on the corner. After getting the plate replaced and finishing dessert we spoke to the manager and were not impressed. He basically told us that food being left on plates and utensils was to be expected because they are busy. After talking with the manager I can see why the waiters offer such poor service and the dishes are dirty. Too bad the total experience did not live up to the initial anticipation and ambiance of this restaurant. I hope its just this location and not all of them.

Had salmon & beef medallions (tenderloin). Portions were tiny and overpriced. Salmon was farm-raised overcooked/dry, streak overcooked (ordered med.rare, got med.well) and very chewy. Came with asparagus, got 3 baby spears, they were the best prepared course on the plate. My son had a club sandwich. It was twice the amount of food for 1/2 the price, I helped him finish. We were both vomiting the following day,as was a 3rd person in our party. Will never return.

I ordered the chocolate mousse cheesecake today and within half an hour had violent stomach upset, lasting all day. Since the cheesecake was all I ate all day, I called and asked for the manager and Shane answered. I explained that I was ill after eating there and he replied "OK". OK? Really? "Uh, let me finish..." No, Shane, FAIL! Second manager I spoke with was sympathetic and wanted to issue a gift card. Sorry, I want a credit card refund and I do not think I will ever eat there again so no gift card necessary. In addition to the diarrhea, the service was awful. Two coffees and two cheesecakes took so long to serve that the coffee was finished by the time the cheesecake arrived with a waiter who rushed by dumping food on the table without stopping...

I don't understand how a restaurant can have such an extensive menu and it all be excellent. They have everything from Italian to Mexican to Asian to American and then some. I've eaten here several times and no matter what I get it's out of this world. You also get a huge portion for a reasonable price in my opinion. And the caramel macadamia nut cheesecake...enough said.

My husband and I love going here. They have great food. But last Sat we ate here and had the worst experience. The waiter took our order, brought our drinks and then disappeared until we asked a busser to find our waiter so we could pay. We had to keep asking servers that would walk by to get us refills. And another to get us some boxes to take our leftovers home. I have never left less than 20% as a tip, until now. I wanted to leave nothing because this person worked for nothing but we left a little something. Will probably go back but not if the service is as bad.
