"We all want to experience happiness, fulfilment and balance. The practice of Kanyini and Dadirri remind us how the healing of our world begins with each of us. It begins as an inner process. By going within we build that Love inside of us from where we can then share it with others. These practices and Living Wisdom teachings remind us of the importance of honouring the natural principles, cycles and rhythms.

Many of us have lost touch with this by living in societies that are ruled by the clock and driven by the false dreams of progress. Fortunately, our body and spirit do not belong to our society, they belong to Nature. Our body, as part of Nature, knows how to heal and restore us. It communicates where and how to honour our natural boundaries and inner rhythms. When we are tired, it tells us we need to rest. When we have received too much information, it tells us to let go and become quiet inside.

The beautiful thing about applying and living Kanyini is that in the practice of this, our true human potential will blossom fully from the wholeness that we already are. Each of us can become a Custodian for our own Life, by honouring our seed potential given to us from Tjukurrpa to blossom fully through loving relationships with Nature and others.

By practicing Kanyini, love with responsibility, by caring deeply and equally for all beings, including our own being, we can help transform our societies and heal the divisions within our own humanity and with our Natural World." ~ Anneloes Smitsman
