Excellent. Service and food was top notch. Love the salad and margarita pizza. The bread is also amazing. Will come again and again.

Contrary to some other reviews, the service was very good. The waitress that served us was very nice and brought refills timely without us having to ask. This being good, however, my wife, daughter and I went for lunch on a Wednesday when they weren't busy at all. Make your own assumptions on the service. I ordered a simple Menucci (Flat bread pepperoni pizza), my wife had a calzone and my daughter a kids meal pasta. The pizza was small, but good value and very good. Remember too, you get unlimited bread and salad until 3pm. The calzone was a little bit soggy and when cut open, lot of juice ran out. If it weren't for the mushrooms my wife loves and I don't, it would have been good enough for me. Even my daughters simple red sauce pasta was very good, or at least a good indicator if I were to get a pasta dish. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and will return in hopes to upgrade to 5 stars. I knocked one off for the calzone.

I am NOT a regular at chain restaurants. But during holiday shopping we were all tired and hungry. We were seated promptly and greeted by a very friendly and outgoing server. Quality of the food for a chain restaurant was very good. The server kept the bread basket full the olive oil on the table and our drinks refilled without have a ring and being obtrusive.

Despite being the closest Bertucci's to my home..I drive to Melville for a 5 star experience. .This place has an incredibly slow, disinterested and inattentive staff..stay away!!

Very good Italian restaurant. The main attraction is the rolls. The rolls come hot out of the oven, with a crispy outside and soft and chewy inside. We ordered a small meatball brick oven pizza. It was delicious. The chicken parmigiana comes with a choice of salad or soup, and pasta with sauce, or no sauce. Everything was very good. Our waitress was wonderful. The price was reasonable. The portions were large. I would go back. There is an extensive menu, as well as a full bar.

Terrible Service! I've been to several different Bertucci's on Long Island and this by far is the WORST! The bartender Barb was beyond rude and made us feel extremely uncomfortable when we visited this establishment. I was deeply offended by her attitude, because she was anything but polite, especially when she marched her ogre like body around the restaurant and told the entire staff, including our waitress to monitor our table, because I took a sip of my boyfriends drink without presenting her with my ID prior. Mind you I'm going on 25 and I certainly don't look younger than 21... none the less, I am aware of the laws in the U.S. but I have personally NEVER experienced an over-blown situation such as this, nor have I ever seen some lame, old hag get so high and mighty over a $9 crappy lemon-cello martini... So after marching herself around the place and announcing that I was not allowed to drink to the entire staff, she must have felt so proud. She stopped the 'underage' 24 year old from enjoying a over priced beverage. Bravo! Well any how ... we were seated and the entire staff was now gawking at me, our waitress presented herself with a snide attitude and that was about all we could take. After complaining to the manager about such horrible treatment, the man offered a meaningless 'apology' and yet for the remainder of our meal the red faced ogre of a bartender Barb continued to peer at our table. I am mostly disappointed because I recommended my friends to visit this place, since none of them had been. Well it will be the last time I recommend this establishment, instead I will focus on preventing people from visiting. It truly was such a poor experience. No one should have to pay such high prices for an uncomfortable and rude environment and Barb is the worst bar maid I have ever come across. if you must go to Bertucci's make sure it's not this one! Horrible service, perhaps one of the worst in all of Long island.

Myself and my mother had gone here on a whim, looking for someplace to eat. We heard from a few people that this place had pretty amazing food, and we finally opted to go. My mother had started off with fried mozzarella and myself having the grilled shrimp for appetizers. The food was cooked really well. Drinks were ordered - a Tiramisu Martini for me and a Peach Bellini. Needless to say I also ordered a peach bellini later on. Everything was given pretty quickly, and tasted amazing. Bread was served with a plate with a small amount of a mix that had extra virgin olive oil, garlic, pepper and several other seasonings. It wasn't overdone with pepper and spice and it tasted amazing as well. We both ordered personal pizzas which are a nice size. It didn't take too long to order, and my only gripe was with my pizza - I feel it could have had a bit more of each ingredient on it... but I do love a lot of ingredients on my pizza when I order it. The crust was rather thin, though it actually worked out nicely. Overall I enjoyed the food very much - it was a bit pricey, but when you order pizzas with several ingredients, expect to pay a fair amount..

I absolutely love Bertucci's, but this location is horrible. The food is great, but the service is atrocious. The servers aren't attentive at all and hosts?.. Forget it. They are rude on the phone and are no where to be found when you need to be seated or pick up your take out. I would recommend finding a different location.

Bertucci's hasn't shared anything with you.

People are more likely to share with you if you add them to your circles.
