If you're organization is pondering SEO, Social Media, Mobile Recruiting or all 3 at the same time, I'm the guy to talk with. I have been in the "Internet Recruiting" space going on my 12th year now. I have seen a lot, been through mergers, acquisitions, and total liquidations. The stuff that makes your skin thick and your eyes a bit keener. I began my career selling resume database access and job postings on a website called InfoWorksUSA in the late 90's. Unfortunately, all the revenue we brought in was mismanaged and their doors shut sometime in 2001 or so. From there, I did some recruiting and sourcing, then back to HR Technology. I've been on great teams at,, and learning, selling, consulting, and schmoozing alongside some of the best and most animated salespeople and colleagues ever. I love working with HR and Talent Acquisition, we are humans too, and for the most part we are a pretty cool bunch.

Currently at OptiJob, I'm working with companies to organically grow their employment brand using SEO, Social Media and the Mobile Web . Call it a passion project. We have been in the HR Technology business for a long time and been watching applicant traffic for over 12 years and one thing is certain, the internet is ever-evolving and if HR and TA managers and recruiters don't stop to take a look, they may get left behind. Conventional job boards are a necessary evil, but to get ahead, we have change. One way is to free up our job postings to become part of the free indexes of sites like Google and Yahoo! to get our message out there. Then, mix in some Social Media, Mobile Apps, and Metrics and you're rolling! In recruiting and talent acquisition, we are selling jobs. And, millions of people are searching for their next job every day on search engines. Problem is, they'll never find yours. If you Google the postings on your website, would you find them?
