Spent Valentines Day 2015 at the Inn and couldn't of imagined a more romantic and elegant way to spend it. Everything from our arrival to departure. The 5 course dinner was fabulous cooked to perfection. The room was cozy and comfortable. The dinner was so wonderful we stayed for brunch the next morning which again was perfect. Their steaks are some of the best we've ever enjoyed. Anxious to visit again, will be back again in the summer to enjoy more of the area and try more of their entrees. The atmosphere was exquisite.

Nicollet Island Inn is hands down our favorite special occasion restaurant! From birthday dinners, anniversary dinners or a special dinner before a night at the theater or orchestra - Nicollet Island Inn is our Minneapolis choice. The service is always impeccable, the menu always inventive yet familiar, and the seasonal tweaks to menu items are spot on. Love this place and the atmosphere. I recommend it to everyone looking for a special dinner spot and have made many happy new customers for the Inn on Nicollet Island!

We received a gift certificate to the Inn as a wedding present and spent a summer weekend there. The Inn was so charming, rooms beautifully done and love the preserved old look and feel of the building. Every staff we encountered was extremely nice and accommodating. We had a delicious meal in the restaurant and enjoyed a stroll in the park area across from the Inn. Can't wait to go back for another stay and the Sunday brunch.

I stayed at the Nicollet Island Inn the night of my wedding. We had our wedding at the Pavilion next door and it was so nice to have this hotel to walk to after our night was over. The Inn was very accommodating allowing my bridesmaids and I to check into the room early the day of my wedding and get ready for the day. My husband and I had breakfast in the restaurant the next day. It was very good and we already felt like we were on our honeymoon.

I haven't stayed here but have eaten in the bar and lounge a few times. Excellent and generally something I would consider "top secret".

My wife and I had a thoroughly delightful time celebrating our anniversary at Nicollet Island Inn. We stayed in one of their quiet, comfortable rooms, and spent the afternoon walking along the scenic, historic river. But, the most memorial part was the elegant meal we had in their restaurant. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was romantic. Five stars to a great experience!!!

My husband and I have stayed at the Inn many times during the Christmas season - It was a magical experience. In our stay we always included a dining experience. The rooms are quaint and cozy, the beds fabulous and the atmosphere romantic. I wish we could get their more often. This was always my Christmas gift to myself! We topped it off with walks around the grounds and along the river. A perfect way to get into the holiday spirit.

A hidden gem in downtown Minneapolis. The brunch was fabulous. We also visited the bar later in the evening after dinner downtown and the bartender was great. Love the ambiance of the Inn. Would definitely stay again!!!
