Happy National Mulled Cider Day everyone! What could be better on a brisk Fall day than a mug of warm mulled cider? If you're as fond of the airmatic smell of apples, cinnamon and orange peel as I am then I suggest you give my homemade mulled cider recipe a try! I even included my hard cider version as an added bonus!

An estimated 100,000 women across the country, will gather at senior centers, parks, schools, and other community locations to partake in women’s health and fitness events. So, get the girls together for a work out and use #WomensHealthFitnessDay to post on social media.

Today is Family Fitness Day! As a parent myself, I know how challenging it can be to ensure your children are getting the daily recommendation of exercise. If you have
concerns about how much your child should be getting check out the CDC's recommendations. And remember one great way to keep your kids and yourself active is to find activities to do as a family. Things like hiking, biking,
rock climbing, skiing, even martial arts can be wonderful activities to
share! Remember, the family that plays together stays fit together!
